dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการทำผลงานทางวิชาการประเภทผลงานวิจัย เพื่อขอเลื่อนตำแหน่งเป็นอาจารย์ 3 ของสมาชิกชมรมอาจารย์ 3 โดยมุ่งศึกษาสาเหตุการทำและไม่ทำผลงานทางวิชาการประเภทผลงานวิจัยของสมาชิกชมรมผู้ที่ได้เลื่อนตำแหน่งเป็นอาจารย์ 3 แล้ว และสมาชิกชมรมผู้กำลังทำผลงานทางวิชาการเพื่อขอเลื่อนตำแหน่งเป็นอาจารย์ 3 รวมทั้งศึกษากระบวนการให้ความช่วยเหลือของชมรมอาจารย์ 3 ที่มีต่อสมาชิกในชมรม โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพในการศึกษา การรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 337 คน ได้แบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา จำนวน 310 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.99 แบ่งเป็น 1) สมาชิกชมรมที่ได้เลื่อนตำแหน่งเป็นอาจารย์ 3 ด้วยการทำผลงานทางวิชาการประเภทผลงานวิจัย จำนวน 1 คน และผลงานวิชาการประเภทอื่นที่ไม่ใช้ผลงานวิจัย จำนวน 51 คน 2) ผู้กำลังทำผลงานทางวิชาการประเภทผลงานวิจัยจำนวน 11 คน และทำผลงานทางวิชาการประเภทอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ผลงานวิจัย จำนวน 247 คน และศึกษากับกรณีศึกษา 2 กรณี คือ กรณีศึกษาแรกเป็นสมาชิกชมรม อาจารย์ 3 ผู้ทำผลงานทางวิชาการ ประเภทผลงานวิจัยที่ได้เลื่อนตำแหน่งเป็นอาจารย์ 3 แล้ว จำนวน 1 คน และกรณีศึกษาที่ 2 เป็นประธานชมชมอาจารย์ 3 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. สาเหตุการทำผลงานทางวิชาการประเภทผลงานวิจัยของสมาชิกชมรมอาจารย์ 3 ขึ้นอยู่กับองค์ประกอบของปัจจัย 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะส่วนตัว ได้แก่ การชอบคิดค้นหาคำตอบ สนใจในตัวเด็กและปัญหาของเด็ก มีความกระตือรือร้น รักความก้าวหน้าในอาชีพ มีเจตคติที่ดีต่องานวิจัย 2) ปัจจัยเกี่ยวกับบุคคลรอบข้าง ได้แก่ ความคาดหวังของเพื่อนร่วมงานและผู้บริหาร การสนับสนุนของเพื่อนร่วมงานและผู้บริหาร การเป็นที่ยอมรับของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของผลงาน และการสนับสนุนของชมรมอาจารย์ 3 3) ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งตอบแทนที่ได้รับ ได้แก่ ความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งและเงินประจำตำแหน่ง การพัฒนาและแก้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับวิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูและนักเรียน 4) ปัจจัยพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการวิจัย ได้แก่ แหล่งความรู้ แหล่งศึกษาค้นคว้า มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการวิจัย ที่ปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับวิจัยและงบประมาณในการทำวิจัย 2. กระบวนการให้ความช่วยเหลือของชมรมอาจารย์ 3 ที่มีต่อสมาชิกชมรม มี 4 ยุทธวิจัย คือ 1) การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ โดยการจัดอบรมที่เรียกว่า "บันได 7 ขั้นสู่อาจารย์ 3" 2) การให้บริการตัวอย่างผลงานทางวิชาการที่ผ่านการอนุมัติเลื่อนตำแหน่ง 3) การให้ข่าวสารและสร้างความชำนาญการ 4) การให้คำปรึกษาเป็นรายบุคคล	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research was to study the conducting academic research work for promotion to archan-three position of Archan-Three club members, studying the causes of doing research work including how the club supporting process for their members to become archan-three. The quantitative and qualitative were applied in the study. As quantitative data collection, 337 questionnaires were sent, 310 or 91.99% returned. This composed of 2 groups : The promoted one who were one member applied academic research work and 51 members who applied other academic work, not academic research work. The in working process one who were 11 members working toward academic research and 247 members who working toward other academic work, but not research work. As for qualitative data collection, two cases study were applied-one who was promoted to archan-three by academic work and the club chairman of Suphanburi Archan-Three. The research finding were as follows: 1. Four factors contributing to conducting research were 1) personal characteristics such as love of finding and searching for results, interested in children and their problems, enthusiasm in the advancement of career and positive attitude toward research work 2) surrounding persons such as expectation and supporting of the colleagues and the administrators, the acceptance of research work quality and the supporting of archan-three club 3) rewarding such as career advancement, salary compensation, development of problem solving in teaching and learning and 4) basic research principles such as source of knowledge, method of searching for knowledge, research experience, having consultant and budget supporting. 2. The supporting process of archan-three club were four strategies; 1) the so called "Seven steps to archan-three" workshop 2) collection of successful examples of archan-three works 3) giving appropriate information in promoting skills for club members 4) individual consultation.	en
