| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัด และดำเนินการโครงการนันทนาการในโรงเรียนสำหรับเด็กพิเศษ และเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัด และดำเนินการ โครงการนันทนาการสำหรับเด็กพิเศษ ทั้งสามกลุ่มโรงเรียน ได้แก่ กลุ่มโรงเรียนที่สอนเด็กนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางด้านการมองเห็นเพียงอย่างเดียว กลุ่มโรงเรียนที่สอนเด็กนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางด้านการได้ยินเพียงอย่างเดียว และกลุ่มโรงเรียนที่สอนเด็กนักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางด้านสติปัญญาเพียงอย่างเดียว ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารและครูผู้รับผิดชอบการจัดและดำเนินการโครงการนันทนาการ ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถาม 150 ฉบับ ให้กับผู้บริหาร 75 ฉบับ และครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการนันทนาการ 75 ฉบับ ได้รับคืนจากผู้บริหาร 59 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 78.66 และครูผู้รับผิดชอบการจัดและดำเนินการโครงการนันทนาการ 63 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.00 รวมแล้วได้รับ แบบสอบถามกลับคืนทั้งหมด 122 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.33 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ โดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way Analysis of Variance) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe') ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการจัด และดำเนินการโดยรวมของโครงการนันทนาการในโรงเรียนสำหรับเด็กพิเศษมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย และปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการในแต่ละด้าน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 8 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผนด้านการจัดองค์กร ด้านการจัดบุคลากร ด้านการจัดงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ด้านการอำนวยการ ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการรายงานผล มีปัญหาการจัด และดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับน้อยทุกด้าน เช่นเดียวกัน 2. การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการโครงการนันทนาการในโรงเรียนสำหรับเด็กพิเศษตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหาร และครูผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการนันทนาการ โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการในแต่ละด้านไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มีเพียงด้านการรายงานผล เท่านั้นที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the problems of organizing and operating school recreation programs for exceptional children and to compare problems of organizing and operating school recreation programs for exceptional children. Subjects were selected from three types of exceptional children schools respectively: visual impairment, hearing impairment and mental retardation as perceived by administrators and recreation programs authority teachers. Questionnaires were constructed and sent to 150 administrators and recreation progarms authority teachers and 122 sets or 81.33 percent were returned. The obtained data were then analyzed in terms of percentage, mean and standard deviation. One-Way ANOVA was used to test the significant differences. The Scheffe' method was also employed to determine the significant differences between means. Findings were as follows: 1. All problems of organizing and operating school recreation programs for exceptional children were at the low level in the areas of planing, organizing, staffing, budgeting, meterials, directing, coordinating and reporting. 2. Comparing organizing and operating school recreation programs for exceptional children as perceived by administrators and recreation programs authority teachers as a whole, there were no significant differences at the .05 level, but comparing in each area the finding was that there were no significant differences at the .05 level in all areas except the area of reporting that was significantly different at the .05 level. |
