| Abstract: | ชนิดปูที่พบบริเวณชายฝั่งเกาะแสมสารจังหวัดชลบุรี ทำการเก็บตัวอย่างระหว่างเดือนกันยายน 2548 ถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม 2549 พบปูทั้งหมด 8 ครอบครัว 21 ชนิด โดยปูม้า (Portunus pelagicus) เป็นปูที่มีความสำคัญทางเศรษฐกิจและมีการกระจายทั่วไปในบริเวณนี้ การศึกษาชีววิทยาการสืบพันธุ์ของปูม้า (Portunus pelagicus) บริเวณชายฝั่งอ่าวสัตหีบจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยเก็บตัวอย่างทุกเดือนด้วยเครื่องมือประมงอวนจมปู ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคมถึงเดือนธันวาคม 2549 พบว่าปูม้ามีค่าอัตราส่วนเพศผู้ต่อเพศเมียเท่ากับ 1:1.25 ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความยาวกระดอง (เซนติเมตร) และน้ำหนัก (กรัม) ในปูม้าเพศผู้และเพศเมียดังสมการ Wmale = 0.061CW0.38 [superscript 0.38] และ Wfemale = 0.092CW2.89 [superscript 2.89] ตามลำดับ ขนาดของปูม้าส่วนใหญ่มีความกว้างกระดองระหว่าง 11.0-11.5 เซนติเมตร ความดกไข่สูงสุด 1.6x106 [superscript 6] ฟอง และความดกไข่เฉลี่ย 0.72x106 [superscript 6] ฟอง พบปูม้ามีไข่นอกกระดองตลอดเดือนกรกฎาคมถึงเดือนธันวาคม โดยพบปูมีไข่นอกกระดองสูงสุดในเดือนธันวาคมเช่นเดียวกับเปอร์เซ็นต์ความสมบูรณ์เพศของปูม้าเพศเมียในเดือนธันวาคมมีค่าสูงสุดคือ 56% ซึ่งน่าจะเป็นช่วงที่ปูเพศเมียเข้าสู่ฤดูวางไข่ |
| Other Abstract: | Species composition of marine crabs at Samae San Island, Sattahip, Chonburi Province was studied in September, 2005 to July, 2006. They were identified into 8 families 21 species. Portunus pelagicus an economically important crab was distributed in the areas. The reproductive biology of the blue swimming crab (Portunus pelagicus) along the shore of Sattahip Bay, Chonburi Province was studied by collecting samples every month caught by crab gill net during July and December 2006. The sex ratio of male and female was 1:1.25. The relationship between carapace length (cm) and the weight (g) of male and female P. pelagicus were expressed as the following equaution : Wmale = 0.061CW0.38 [superscript 0.38] and Wfemale = 0.092CW2.89 [superscript 02.89], respectively. The carapace width was major in between 11.0 and 11.5. The maximum egg number was 1.6x106 [superscript 6] and the average fecundity was 0.72x106 [superscript 6]. There were berried female every month peaking in December. The highest percentage of maturity of female was 56% in December, the spawning season. |
