| Abstract: | วิจารณ์หลักเกณฑ์การทับศัพท์ที่ราชบัณฑิตยสถานกำหนดขึ้นโดยแบ่งเนื้อหาออกเป็นสองส่วนคือ ส่วนที่ว่าด้วยสระและส่วนที่ว่าด้วยพยัญชนะ วิเคราะห์และตรวจสอบหลักเกณฑ์การ ทับศัพท์ดังกล่าวด้วยหลักเกณฑ์ทางภาษาศาสตร์โดยเฉพาะทฤษฎีทางสัทศาสตร์ พร้อมกับข้อเสนอเพื่อแก้ไขหลักเกณฑ์การทับศัพท์ภาษาสเปนให้ถูกต้องและชัดเจนมากยิ่งขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | This paper is an attempt to comments on the rules for transliteration from Spanish to Thai set by the Royal Thai Academy. The paper is divided into two parts: one deals with vowels and the other deals with consonants. The comment and analysis of the set rules transliteration is supported by linguistic theories especially phonetics. Suggestions for changes in transliteration from Spanish to Thai are made for an accurate and complete set of rules for transliteration from Spanish to Thai. |
