| Abstract: | แนวพรมแดนของไทยนั้นมีทั้งแนวพรมแดนบกและแนวพรมแดนทะเล แนวพรมแดนบกของไทยส่วนใหญ่เป็นลักษณะภูมิประเทศได้แก่ ภูเขา แม่น้ำ สำหรับแนวพรมแดนทะเลของไทยนั้นอยู่ห่างจากชายฝั่งตอนน้ำลงต่ำสุด 12 ไมล์ทะเล พื้นน้ำชายฝั่งและแนวพรมแดนทะเลเรียกว่า ทะเลอาณาเขต บทความนี้มุ่งชี้ให้เห็นว่าลักษณะแนวพรมแดนของไทยก่อให้เกิดปัญหากับประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอย่างไร |
| Other Abstract: | Thailand’s boundaries are both land and maritime based. Most of the land boundaries are physiographic; i.e., mountains and rivers. The maritime boundaries are not the coastlines but the sea. The body of water between the coastline and the maritime boundaries is called the territorial sea. This paper shows how actual characteristics of Thailand boundaries cause problems to the neighbour countries. |
