dc.description.abstract	เปรียบเทียบระดับน้ำตาลเกาะเม็ดเลือดแดงของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ก่อนและหลังการได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และเปรียบเทียบระดับน้ำตาลเกาะเม็ดเลือดแดงของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ระหว่างกลุ่มที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯ กับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ที่มารับการตรวจรักษา ณ คลินิกโรคเบาหวาน แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลกระบี่ จำนวน 40 คน สุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม ด้วยการจับฉลากแต่ละคู่โดยคำนึงถึงตัวแปร อายุ ระยะเวลาการเป็นโรค และระดับการศึกษาของผู้ป่วย ให้เหมือนกันทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 20 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติและคู่มือการปฏิบัติตัว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือ โปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ เครื่องตรวจวัดระดับน้ำตาลเกาะเม็ดเลือดแดง เครื่องมือกำกับการทดลองคือ แบบทดสอบความรู้เรื่องโรคเบาหวาน และการปฏิบัติตน แบบสัมภาษณ์การปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมด้านการรับประทานอาหาร การออกกำลังกาย และการรับประทานยา แบบบันทึกการรับประทานอาหาร การออกกำลังกาย และการรับประทานยา ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .83 และหาความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าครอบบาคเท่ากับ .81 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ระดับน้ำตาลเกาะเม็ดเลือดแดงของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 หลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (X-bar =8.07, SD = 0.81) 2. ระดับน้ำตาละเกาะเม็ดเลือดแดงของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (X-bar ของกลุ่มทดลอง = 8.07, DS = 0.81, X-bar ของกลุ่มควบคุม = 9.04, SD = 0.93)	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To examine the effect of the health promoting program on HbA1c of diabetic patients. Forty patients with type 2 diabetes in the Diabetes Clinic at the Out-Patient Department, Krabi Hospital were randomly assigned into ether the experimental or the control group. Both groups were matched for age, level of education, a number of years that the participants had diabetes, and diabetes medication. The control group received conventional nursing care and a patient's guide on diabetes care while the experimental group received the health promoting program. The automate chemistry analyzer, an instrument for collecting data, was tested by standard solution 2 levels, before using. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The major findings were as follows 1. The mean HbA1c of patients with diabetes type 2 before and after receiving the health promoting program were significant different at level of .01. 2. The mean HbA1c of patients with diabetes type 2 in the experimental and that of control group were significant different at level of .01 (mean for experimental group = 8.07, DS = 0.81, mean for control group = 9.04, SD = 0.93).	en
