| Abstract: | บทความวิจัยประกอบงานสร้างสรรค์นี้อภิปรายแนวคิดเรื่องความจริงกับความลวงในละคร วิเคราะห์บทละครอเมริกันร่วมสมัยเรื่อง Private Eyes ของสตีเฟน ดีตส์ ละครซ้อนละครถึงสี่ชั้น ซึ่งเนื้อหาและรูปแบบเต็มไปด้วยการโกหกและการหลอกให้หลงทาง และอธิบายการดัดแปลงบทละครและการจัดแสดงละครเรื่องนี้ที่โรงละครอักษรศาสตร์เมื่อเดือนมกราคม 2546 โดยเน้นประเด็นการควบคุมการนำเสนอความจริงและความลวงต่อผู้ชมและสรุปความคิดเห็นของผู้ชมและนักวิจารณ์ในประเด็นดังกล่าว |
| Other Abstract: | This research paper first discusses concepts of reality and illusion in theatre, then analyses Private Eyes by Steven Dietz, a contemporary American play. Next it explains how the play was adapted and staged at the Art Theatre in January 2003. With a script dominated by lies and misdirection, the focus is on how the production carefully manipulates and controls the juxtaposition of reality and illusion. Also included are responses from audiences and critics in relation to this juxtaposition. |
