dc.description.abstract	ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบ เพศ อายุ และรายได้ ความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ไดโนเสาร์ในประเทศไทย ในด้านการจัดการด้านบุคลากร ด้านสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อการเผยแพร่ ด้านกิจกรรมนันทนาการ และด้านความปลอดภัย โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวพิพิธภัณฑ์สิรินธร อ.สหัสขันธ์ จ.กาฬสินธุ์ และพิพิธภัณฑ์ไดโนเสาร์ภูเวียง อ.ภูเวียง จ.ขอนแก่น ระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2551 ถึงเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2552 จำนวน 400 คนโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ในการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจระหว่างนักท่องเที่ยวเพศชายและหญิง การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) ในการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจระหว่างนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีอายุและรายได้ต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)นักท่องเที่ยวส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 36-50 ปี มีสถานภาพโสด มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มีอาชีพรับราชการ/รัฐวิสาหกิจ มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี มีรายได้ต่ำกว่า 5,000 บาท ไม่เคยมาเที่ยวชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ไดโนเสาร์มาก่อน โดยเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวเป็นคณะ/กลุ่ม ด้วยรถยนต์ส่วนตัว มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพักผ่อน/ท่องเที่ยว และได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารผ่านทางโทรทัศน์ 2) นักท่องเที่ยวมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ไดโนเสาร์ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการ (X mean = 4.10) ด้านบุคลากร (X mean = 4.06) ด้านสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (X mean = 4.05) ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อการเผยแพร่ (X mean = 3.75) ด้านกิจกรรมนันทนาการ (X mean = 3.89) และด้านความปลอดภัย (X mean = 4.22) 3) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบนักท่องเที่ยวโดยจำแนกตามเพศพบว่า เพศต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ไดโนเสาร์ในประเทศไทย แตกต่างในด้านสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อการเผยแพร่ ด้านกิจกรรมนันทนาการ และด้านความปลอดภัย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 4) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบนักท่องเที่ยวโดยจำแนกตามอายุ พบว่า อายุต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ไดโนเสาร์ในประเทศไทย แตกต่างกันทุกด้านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 5) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบนักท่องเที่ยวโดยจำแนกตามรายได้พบว่า รายได้ต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ไดโนเสาร์ในประเทศไทย แตกต่างกันในด้านบุคลากรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	To study and compare gender, age and income the satisfaction of tourists toward the dinosaur museum management in Thailand in the management of personnel, location and facilities, publication, recreation activities and security. The sample were 400 Thai tourists who were traveled to the Sirinthorn Museum, Sahasakan district, Kalasin province and the Phuwiang Dinosaur Museum, Phuwiang district, Khon Kaen province during December 2008 to January 2009. A questionnaire was used as a survey tool to collect data. The data were the analyzed statistically using the percentage and means, standard deviation of test values "t" (t-test) was used for compare satisfaction between male and female visitors. The value "F" (F-test) was used for compare the satisfaction among visitors of different age and income. The results were found as follow: 1) The majority of visitors were female whose aged between 36 to 50 years with a single domicile status in the Northeast, There were professional government / government enterprise who earned bachelor's degree and their incomes are less than 5,000 baht per month. In addition, they were first time the dinosaur museum, they joined in a group using private car as vehicle. The main purpose was to travel and relax themselves. Moreover, they got information through television. 2) Tourists have highly satisfaction with the management of dinosaur museum which satisfied with management (X mean = 4.10), personnel (X mean = 4.06), location and facilities (X mean = 4.05), publication (X mean = 3.75), recreation activities (X mean = 3.89) and security (X mean = 4.22) 3) Comparison of tourists gender, there were significant different between male and female at .05 level in location and facilities, publication, recreation activities and security. 4) Comparison of tourist age, there were significant different at .05 level in management, personnel, location and facilities, publication, recreation activities and security. 5) Comparison of tourist income, there were significant different at .05 level in personnel.	en
