Abstract:	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ 1. ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. การเป็นผู้นำความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. ความน่าเชื่อถือของเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. ปริมาณการรับสารของประชาชนจากเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. และการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น 2. เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อหน้าที่ อบต. 3. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. การเป็นผู้นำความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. ความน่าเชื่อถือของเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. ปริมาณการรับสารของประชาชนจากเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. กับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น 4. เพื่อทราบว่าปัจจัยตัวใดมีอิทธิพลกับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นมากที่สุด การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือประชาชนผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตพื้นที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล 13 อำเภอในจังหวัดสระบุรี รวม 26 แห่ง สุ่มเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแห่งละ 16 คน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 416 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความแปรปรวน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ค่าถดถอยพหุคูณ ซึ่งประมวลผลโดยคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS+ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. เจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. มีพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารมาก เป็นผู้นำความคิดสูง และมีความน่าเชื่อถือสูง ประชาชนมีปริมาณการรับสารจากเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. ระดับปานกลาง และมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นระดับปานกลาง 2. พฤติกรรมการสื่อสาร ความเป็นผู้นำ และความน่าเชื่อถือ ปริมาณการรับสารของประชาชนจากเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น 3. ลักษณะทางประชากรที่แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อ พฤติกรรมการสื่อสาร การเป็นผู้นำความคิด ความน่าเชื่อถือ ปริมาณการรับสารของประชาชนจากเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. 4. พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของประชาชนจากเจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. มีอิทธิพลสูงสุดต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น
Other Abstract:	The objects of this research were: 1. To study communication behavior, opinion leadership, credibility of the subdistrict administration organization staff were at the high level. The people received the message from the subdistrict administration organization staff, and the people's participation in rural development at the medium level. 2. To compare the difference in opinion of the people about the subdistrict administration organization staff 3. To investigate the relationship between communication behavior, opinion leadership, credibility of the subdistrict administration organization staff the amount of the message people received from the subdistrict administration organization staff, and the people's participation in rural development. 4. To find out the variables affected the public participation most. This survey research used questionnaires to collect the data from 416 samples which were composed of people who lived in subdistrict administration organization in 13 districts in Saraburi Province, Frequency Percentage, Mean, t-test, Anova Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression were used for the analysis of the data. SPSS+ program was employed for data processing. The results were as follows: 1. To study communication behavior, opinion leadership, credibility of the subdistrict administration organization staff, the amount of the message people received from the subdistrict administration organization staff, and the people's participation in rural development. 2. Difference in demographic characteristics did not cause difference in communication behavior, opinion leadership, credibility of the subdistrict administration organization staff the amount of the message people received from the subdistrict administration organization staff, and the people's participation in rural development. 3. Communication behavior, opinion leadership, credibility of the subdistrict administration organization staff the amount of the message people received from the subdistrict administration organization staff correlated with the people's participation in rural development. 4. Communication behavior of the subdistrict administration organization staff was influential veriables to public participation most.
