| Abstract: | การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการตัดสินใจด้านการบริหารงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพกลุ่มที่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่องการตัดสินใจ และกลุ่มที่ไม่ได้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนทันทีที่จบบทเรียน และหลังจบบทเรียน 4 สัปดาห์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งพยาบาลประจำการ ในโรงพยาบาลพระนครศรีอยุธยา มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในวิชาชีพการพยาบาลระหว่าง 2-5 ปี จำนวน 40 คน คัดเลือกโดยวิธีจับคู่กลุ่มตัวอย่างตามเกณฑ์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสามารถในการตัดสินใจที่ผู้วิจัยคัดสรร คือ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงานในวิชาชีพการพยาบาล เป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 20 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 20 คน กลุ่มทดลองเรียนรู้โดยการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการตัดสินใจ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเพื่อใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมไม่ได้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการตัดสินใจ และแบบวัดความสามารถในการตัดสินใจด้านการบริหารงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น และผ่านการทดสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และหาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดฯ ได้เท่ากับ .63 ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญมีดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถในการตัดสินใจด้านการบริหารงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพหลังจบบทเรียนทันที และหลังจบบทเรียน 4 สัปดาห์ ในกลุ่มที่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการตัดสินใจ สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ไม่ได้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ความสามารถในการตัดสินใจด้านการบริหารงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพกลุ่มที่ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการตัดสินใจ หลังจบบทเรียน 4 สัปดาห์ สูงกว่าหลังจบบทเรียนทันที อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ความสามารถในการตัดสินใจด้านการบริหารงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มที่ไม่ได้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน หลังจบบทเรียนทันที และหลังจบบทเรียน 4 สัปดาห์ ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this quasi-experiment research were to compare management decision making ability of professional nurses who used computer assisted instruction (CAI) about decision making and those who didn't immediately after using CAI and after using for 4 weeks. Research sample consisted of 40 professional nurses of Phranakorn Sri Ayutthaya Hospital who have experiences in working as a professional nurse for 2-4 years. Subjects were randomly assigned to one experimental and one control group by matching of age, sex, education and experience in working as a professional nurse. There were 20 nurses in each group. Two research instruments consisted of 1) CAI about decision making and 2) Management Decision Making Ability Test. The Management Decision Making Ability Test was tested for the validity and reliability. The reliability of the test was .63. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1. Immediately after using CAI and those after using for 4 weeks, management decision making ability of professional nurses who use CAI about decision making was significantly higher than those who didn't use CAI at the .05 level. 2. After the experiment for 4 weeks, management decision making ability of professional nurses who used CAI about decision making was significantly higher than immediately after the experiment at the .05 level. 3. There were no statistically significant difference between management decision making ability of professional nurses, immediately after using and after using for 4 weeks in control group. |
