dc.description.abstract	ศึกษา 1) รูปแบบการจำแนกประเภทผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลบางแพ 2) มาตรฐานกิจกรรมการพยาบาลจำแนกตามประเภทผู้ป่วย 3) ภาระงานพยาบาลผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินจำแนกตามประเภทผู้ป่วย และตามมาตรฐานกิจกรรมการพยาบาล และ 4) อัตรากำลังบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลในงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินจำแนกตามประเภทผู้ป่วย และตามมาตรฐานกิจกรรมการพยาบาล งานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินรงพยาบาลบางแพ ราชบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บุคลากรทางการพยาบาล จำนวน 11 คน และผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการ จำนวน 655 คน เครื่องมือมี 3 ชุดคือ 1) คู่มือการจำแนกประเภทผู้ป่วย 2) พจนานุกรมกิจกรรมการพยาบาลงานห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน และ 3) แบบบันทึกปริมาณเวลาที่บุคลากรทางการพยาบาลใช้ในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการพยาบาล ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา ได้ค่า CVI เท่ากับ 0.94, 0.89 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ และหาค่าความเที่ยง ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของการสังเกตเท่ากับ 0.99, 0.96 และ 0.96 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. รูปแบบการจำแนกประเภทผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินตามระดับความรุนแรงเร่งด่วนตามแนวคิดของ (CTAS, 2004) แบ่งผู้ป่วยเป็น 5 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) Resuscitation ต้องช่วยชีวิตทันที 2) Emergent ต้องได้รับการดูแลช่วยเหลือภายใน 15 นาที 3) Urgent ต้องได้รับการดูแลช่วยเหลือภายใน เวลา 30 นาที 4) Less-urgent ต้องได้รับการดูแลช่วยเหลือภายใน 60 นาที และ 5) Non-urgent ต้องได้รับการดูแลภายใน 120 นาที 2. มาตรฐานกิจกรรมการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน จำแนกตามระดับความรุนแรงของผู้ป่วย 5 ประเภทคือ 1) Resuscitation มีกิจกรรมการพยาบาลหลัก 5 กิจกรรม กิจกรรมรอง 17 กิจกรรม 2) Emergent มีกิจกรรมการพยาบาลหลัก 5 กิจกรรม กิจกรรมรอง 17 กิจกรรมรอง 3) Urgent มีกิจกรรมการพยาบาลหลัก 5 กิจกรรม กิจกรรมรอง 17 กิจกรรม 4) Less-urgent มีกิจกรรมการพยาบาลหลัก 4 กิจกรรม กิจกรรมรอง 14 กิจกรรมรอง และ 5) Non-urgent มีกิจกรรมการพยาบาลหลัก 4 กิจกรรม กิจกรรมรอง 8 กิจกรรมรอง 3. ปริมาณเวลาที่บุคลากรทางการพยาบาลใช้ในการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมการพยาบาลทั้งหมดคือ กิจกรรมการพยาบาลทางตรงและกิจกรรมที่นอกเหนือจากกิจกรรมการพยาบาลทางตรงใน 1 วัน เท่ากับ 804.2 นาที หรือ 13 ชั่วโมง 40 นาที 4. อัตรากำลังบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลที่ควรจะเป็นของงานอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน ต้องการอัตรากำลังพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 15 คน	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this descriptive research were 1) to study patient classification in Emergency Department 2) to determine Nursing Activity in Emergency Department 3) to determine workload in Emergency Department and 4) to determine appropriate staffing in Emergency Room Bangpae Hospital. Research sample consisted of 11 nurses and 655 patients. Research instruments consisted of 1) Triage Acuity Scale Emergency Nursing Activities 2) Dictionary of Emergency Room and 3) Nursing time check list. All instruments were content validited by five experts. The content validity index were .94, .89 and .94 respectively. The reliability of observation were .99 .96 and .96 respectively. The major findings were as follow: 1. The patient classification model of Emergency Room Bangpae Hospital was suitable to Canadian Triage Acuity Scale which divided to 5 categories: 1) Resuscitative: immediately care 2) Emergent: care in 15 min 3) Urgent: care in 30 min 4) Less Urgent: care in 60 min and 5) Non Urgent: care in 120 min. 2. Nursing activities in Emergency Room were devided to 5 categories following Acuity Scale: 1) Resuscitative included 5 major activities and 17 minor activities. 2) Emergent included 5 major activities and 17 minor activities 3) Urgent included 5 major activities and 17 minor activities 4) Less Urgent included 4 major activities and 14 minor activities 5)Non Urgent included 4 major activities and 8 minor activities. 3. The average of nursing hour direct care and indirect care per day was 804.20 minutes or 13 hours 40 minutes 4. The number of nursing personnel according to workload in Emergency Room Bangpae Hospital was 15 professional nurses.	en
