| Abstract: | วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนวิชาศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สายสามัญในกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อหาแนวทางในการปรับปรุงการเรียนการสอนวิชาศีลธรรมในชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า แบบให้เลือกตอบและตอบโดยเสรี และส่งแบบสอบถามนี้ไปยังผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 20 คน ครูผู้สอนวิชาศีลธรรมชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 34 คน และนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 400 คน ในโรงเรียนรัฐบาล 10 แห่ง โรงเรียนราษฎร์ 10 แห่ง รวม 20 โรงเรียน ผู้วิจัยได้รับแบบสอบถามของผู้บริหารคืนมา 18 ฉบับ แบบสอบถามของครูครบ 34 ฉบับ และแบบสอบถามของนักเรียน 376 ฉบับ ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่รวบรวมมาได้โดยคำนวณหาค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าร้อยละ แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางและคำบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ครูมีปัญหามากในเรื่องการสนับสนุนให้ครูได้รับความรู้เพิ่มเติมโดยการอบรม แต่นักเรียนมีความเห็นว่า การสนับสนุนในการให้ครูได้ใช้วิทยากร และทัศนคติของผู้บริหารที่มีต่อวิชาศีลธรรมเป็นปัญหามาก 2. ครูและนักเรียนเห็นพ้องกันว่า แบบเรียนมีเนื้อหาแคบ ภาพประกอบในแบบเรียน คำถาม แบบฝึกหัด และข้อเสนอแนะเป็นปัญหามาก 3. เกี่ยวกับวิธีสอน ครูมีความเห็นว่า การจัดเนื้อหาและอุปกรณ์ให้สัมพันธ์กัน การกระตุ้นให้นักเรียนสนใจและแสดงความคิดเห็น เป็นปัญหามาก นอกจากนี้ครูและนักเรียนมีความเห็นตรงกันว่า การนำวิธีสอนใหม่ ๆ มาใช้เป็นปัญหามาก นักเรียนมีความเห็นว่า การให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนและการจัดกิจกรรม การใช้วิทยากร เป็นปัญหามาก ส่วนผู้บริหารมีความเห็นว่า ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับวิธีสอนเป็นปัญหาปานกลาง 4. ครูและนักเรียนเห็นพ้องกันว่า ปริมาณอุปกรณ์ที่โรงเรียนมีอยู่ และเรื่องความสามารถในการทำอุปกรณ์ เป็นปัญหามาก นอกจากนี้นักเรียนยังมีความเห็นว่าความสะดวกในการใช้อุปกรณ์ เป็นปัญหามากอีกด้วย 5. ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียน มีความเห็นสอดคล้องต้องกันว่า ข้อสอบวัดความคิดและเหตุผล ข้อสอบวัดความเข้าใจและการนำไปใช้ เป็นปัญหามาก นอกจากนี้ครูมีความเห็นว่า การสร้างข้อสอบที่มีคุณภาพดี เป็นปัญหามาก และสำหรับนักเรียนมีความเห็นว่า การให้คะแนนคำตอบนักเรียน เป็นปัญหามาก 6. ในเรื่องความร่วมมือในการจัดกิจกรรมของชุมนุม เป็นปัญหามากสำหรับครู แต่นักเรียนมีความเห็นว่า การจัดตั้งชุมนุมที่เกี่ยวข้องทางศีลธรรมและเรื่องการเงิน เป็นปัญหามาก 7. ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียน มีความเห็นตรงกันว่า เรื่องบุคลิกภาพของครู เป็นปัญหาพอประมาณ |
| Other Abstract: | Purposes The purpose of this investigation was to study general problems of teaching ethics in the upper secondary schools in Bangkok Metropolis for the improvement of Ethics instruction. Procedures : Questionnaires were sent to twenty administrators, thirthy – four teachers and four hundred students in ten upper secondary government schools and ten upper secondary private schools in Bangkok Metropolis. The returned questionnaires were from 18 administraters, 34 teachers and 376 students. The collected data were analyzed by means of arithmetic mean, standard deviation and percentage, and then tabulated and explained descriptively. Conclusions : The results of this investigation were as follow : 1. Most teachers indicated that being supported to gain more knowledge through in service training program was major problem while students emphasized that “supporting teachers to use resource persons,” and “administrator’s attitude toward teaching ethics” were serious problems. 2. Teachers and students agreed that narrow content, limited illustrations, questions exercises and suggested activities in the text book were major problems. 3. Concerning methods of teaching the teachers indicated that fitting appropriate audio – visual materials to the content and motivation technique were major problems. Moreover, teachers and students agreed that using new methods of teaching was serious problem. Students indicated that participation of students in planning instructional activities and using resource persons in class were of serious problem. The administrators indicated that there were moderate problems in this category. 4. Most teachers and students agreed that available materials and lacking ability in producing materials were major problems. Otherwise, the students indicated that the convenience in using materials was serious problem. 5. The administrators, teachers and students agreed that there were lots of problems in the test of comprehension and application, the test of thinking and reasoning. Otherwise, most teachers faced the problem of constructing efficiency test and the students indicated that there was problem in marking the students’ papers 6. Teachers indicated that cooperation in arranging club activities was major problem but the students believed that organizing and financing ethics club were serious problems. 7. The administrators, teachers and students were of the same opinion that teacher’s personality was moderate problem. |
