dc.description.abstractวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการจัดโครงการอาหารกลางวันในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ตลอดจนสำรวจความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีต่อการจัดโครงการอาหารกลางวัน วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย ผู้วิจัยได้สร้างเครื่องมือประกอบการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับเรื่องการจัดอาหารกลางวันในโรงเรียน ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะที่มีต่อการจัดโครงการอาหารกลางวัน จำนวน 2 ชุด นำไปสอบถามผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครที่จัดโครงการอาหารกลางวันในโรงเรียน 1 ชุด จำนวน 36 คน จากโรงเรียน 98 โรงเรียนซึ่งอยู่ในเขตต่างๆ ของกรุงเทพมหานครทั้ง 24 เขตด้วยตนเอง แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน หลังจากนั้นจึงสรุปผลการวิจัยและข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัย ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้รับปรากฏว่าโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานครส่วนใหญ่มีนักเรียนยากจนในโรงเรียนมาก ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนมีรายได้ค่อนข้างต่ำ โรงเรียนยังขาดความพร้อมในเรื่องการจัดโครงการอาหารกลางวันในโรงเรียนเพราะมีปัญหามากในเรื่องการขาดบุคลากรที่จะเป็นแรงงานในการจัดทำ มีอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ในการประกอบอาหารไม่เพียงพอ เงินที่จะใช้เป็นทุนการทำมีน้อย ขาดแคลนสถานที่โดยเฉพาะโรงเรียนที่มีโรงอาหารมีเพียงร้อยละ 46.94 เท่านั้น ยังมีผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอีกร้อยละ 13.27 ที่ยังไม่ เห็นด้วยกับการจัดโครงการอาหารกลางวันในโรงเรียน และต้องการให้สำนักการศึกษาหาทางเพิ่มงบประมาณในการ เริ่มจัดทำโครงการอาหารกลางวัน รวมทั้งให้มีการเพิ่มหรือจัดสรรอัตรากำลังครูให้มีอย่างเพียงพอ เพื่อที่โรงเรียนจะได้ดำเนินการจัดโครงการอาหารกลางวันได้ โดยไม่เป็นภาระกับโรงเรียนมากเกินไป
dc.description.abstractalternativePurposes: The purpose of this research were to study the problems of the school lunch program in Elementary Schools, Bangkok Metropolis Elementary School headmasters on the managing of school lunch program. Procedure: The instrument used in collecting data were two sets of questionnaires. One set of those questionnaires was sent to the 62 headmasters of the school which school lunch program operated. The other set of questionnaires was sent to 36 headmasters of the school without school lunch program. These 98 headmasters of 98 Bangkok Metropolis Elementary Schools out of 24 areas were sample. The data collected was analyzed by using percentage, mean; and standard deviation, and then summarization, proposal were done afterward. Results: The results of this research were as follow (1) The majority of Bangkok Metropolis Elementary Schools had large quantity of pupils from low economic, background. (2) Bangkok Metropolis Elementary Schools were not ready to offer school lunch program. The finding problems were lacking of personal, appliance, budget and building. There were only 46.94 percents of school that had own canteen. The school headmasters who did not agree with the school lunch program was 13.27 percents. They wanted more budget and personnel from the Bureau of Education in offering school lunch program.
