dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบของการจัดการนิเทศการฝึกสอนในวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก 2. เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร อาจารย์นิเทศก์ ครูพี่เลี้ยง และนักศึกษาฝึกสอนที่มีต่อการจัดการนิเทศการฝึกสอนในวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก 3. เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคเกี่ยวกับการจัดการนิเทศการฝึกสอนในวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์นิเทศก์ ครูพี่เลี้ยง ซึ่งปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปี การศึกษา 2522 และนักศึกษาฝึกสอนที่ผ่านการฝึกสอนมาแล้วในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2522 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรทั้ง 4 กลุ่มอยู่ในกลุ่มวิทยาลัยครูภาคตะวันตก ซึ่งเลือกมาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้สำหรับการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) และแบบตรวจสอบ (Check List) จากแบบถามที่ส่งไปทั้งสิ้น 706 ฉบับ ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมาและสามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์ได้ โดยจำแนกดังนี้ จากผู้บริหาร 27 ฉบับ จากอาจารย์นิเทศก์ 44 ฉบับ จากครูพี่เลี้ยง 165 ฉบับ จากนักศึกษาฝึกสอน 455 ฉบับ รวมทั้งสิ้น 691 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 97.88 แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์โดยวิธีหาค่าร้อยละ (Percent) ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (X̅) ผลการวิจัย ผลจากการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบในการจัดการนิเทศการฝึกสอน มีหัวหน้าหน่วยฝึกสอนเป็นผู้ดำเนินการ โดยขึ้นตรงต่อสำนักงานอธิการ ส่วนการปฏิบัติ ผลปรากฎว่า ผู้บริหารและอาจารย์นิเทศก์ เห็นว่า ได้ปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับด้านการวางแผนและด้านวิชาการอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการประสานงานและบริการ การสรรหาบุคลากร การดำเนินงานในการจัดนิเทศการฝึกสอนและการประเมินผลได้ปฏบิตัอยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. เกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นต่อรูปแบบในการจัดการนิเทศการฝึกสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรเห็นว่า ขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้มีความจำเป็นมาก คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านวิชาการ ด้านการประสานงานและบริการ ด้านการสรรหาบุคลากร ด้านการดำเนินงานในการจัดการนิเทศการฝึกสอน ด้านการประเมินผล 3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการจัดการนิเทศการฝึกสอน ปรากฎว่า ด้านปัญหาเกี่ยวกับอาจารย์นิเทศก์มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก คือปัญหาที่เกี่ยวกับวิธีการในการนิเทศ และเกณฑ์ในการนิเทศ ส่วนด้านปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนในการจัดการนิเทศการฝึกสอน ด้านปัญหาเกี่ยวกับครูพี่เลี้ยง ด้านปัญหาเกี่ยวกับนักศึกษาฝึกสอน มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย
dc.description.abstractalternative	Purposes: To study the supervising student teachers format in Western Teacher Colleges. 2. To study the opinion of administrators, supervising teachers, cooperating teachers, andStudent teachers concerning the student teaching management in Western Teachers Colleges. 3. To study the problems and obstacles concerning supervising student teachers management in Western Teacher Colleges. Procedures: The sample of this study comprised administrators, supervising teachers, cooperating teachers and student teachers who enrolled in the program during the first semester of 1979 academic year which were selected by a stratified random sampling technique. Of the total 706 questionnaires sent out 27 were completed and returned from administrators, 44 from supervising teachers, 165 from cooperating teachers, and 455 from student teachers totaling 691 or 97.88 percent. The returned questionnaires were analyzed in terms of percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, F-test, and t-test. Findings: The findings of this study can be summarized as follow: - 1. Concerning the supervising student teaching format, it was administered by supervising student teaching director which was under supervision of teacher college Presidents’ office. Concerning the actual performance both administrators and supervising teachers responded that they had performed to the rate or high in the areas of planning and academic affairs and low in the areas of cooperation and services, personnel selecting, administration of supervising student teaching, and evaluation. 2. Concerning the respondents’ opinions on the supervising student teaching format, they rated much importance in the areas of planning, academic affairs, cooperation and services, personnel selecting, administration of supervising, and evaluation. 3. Concerning the problems and obstacles of the supervising student teaching, it was found that problems of supervising teachers were found to be much problem which indicated that the performance and the criteria were found to be serious. Planning, cooperative schools, cooperating teachers, and student teachers were found to be less problems.
