| Abstract: | ได้นำเซลล์เลี้ยง BHK-21 และ MA 104 มาตรวจดูด้วยกล้องจุลทรรศน์หัวกลับแสงสว่าง และอิเล็กตรอน ภายหลังที่ได้เพาะเชื้อไวรัสจากแผลที่ปากของชะนี พบว่าเซลล์เลี้ยงถูกทำลายทั้งหมดภายในเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง มีอินคลูซนบอดีในนิวเคลียสของเซลล์ และพบลักษณะเฉพาะของ herpesvirus ในเซลล์เลี้ยงทั้งสองชนิด |
| Other Abstract: | BHK-21 and MA 104 cell line were examined by inverted, light and electron microscopes after inoculation with virus from ulcerated lips of the gibbons. Both cell lines were completely destroyed within 24 hours. Inclusion bodies in the cell nuclei, and typical herpesvirus were found in both cell lines. |
