dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ประกอบการและครูเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะนักศึกษาฝึกงาน ระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง สาขางานออกแบบพาณิชย์ศิลป์ คณะวิชาศิลปประยุกต์ ในวิทยาลัยสังกัดกรมอาชีวศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วยผู้ประกอบด้วยจำนวน 78 คน และครูจำนวน 19 คน โดยศึกษาความคาดหวังของผู้ประกอบการและครูเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะส่วนตัวและคุณลักษณะในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นของนักศึกษาฝึกงาน 7 ด้านคือ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ความคิด ลักษณะนิสัย มนุษยสัมพันธ์ อารมณ์ คุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ความรู้ทางวิชาอาชีพและ ทักษะ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ประกอบการและครูคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะนักศึกษาฝึกงานแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดย เฉพาะคุณลักษณะส่วนตัวของนักศึกษาฝึกงานด้านบุคลิกภาพ ลักษณะ นิสัย มนุษยสัมพันธ์ และอารมณ์ ครูมีความคาดหวังสูงกว่าผู้ประกอบการ ส่วนคุณลักษณะในการทำงานร่วมกับ ผู้อื่น ครูผู้สอนมีความคาดหวังสูงกว่าผู้ประกอบการทุกกรณี
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research were to study and compare expectations of entrepreneurs and instructors regarding characteristics of upper certificate vocational education student trainees majoring in commercial art, department of applied art at various vocational education colleges, Bangkok metropolis. The sampling population consisted of 78 entrepreneurs and 19 instructors. Seven aspects of student trainees' characteristics were analyzed in the study namely ; personality, thinking, character, human relations, emotion, moral and ethics, and professional knowledge and skills. Results of the research study showed that expectations of entre- peneurs and instructors were different at the significance level of .05. Essentially, instructors had higher expectations in regard to student trainees' characteristics particularly when dealing with their personality, character, human relations and emotion. In terms of the students' ability to work cooperatively with other, it was found that instructors had higher expectations than enterpreneurs in all aspects.
