| Abstract: | เครื่องให้ความร้อนแบบเหนี่ยวนำที่ออกแบบและสร้างขึ้นเป็นเครื่องต้นแบบที่ประกอบด้วย วงจรเรียงกระแส วงจรอินเวอร์เตอร์แบบสามสถานะที่ใช้มอสเฟตกำลัง หม้อแปลงความถี่สูง และขดลวดสร้างสนามแม่เหล็ก เครื่องให้ความร้อนแบบเหนี่ยวนำนี้ทำงานในช่วงความถี่ 125 กิโลเฮิรตซ์ ถึง 140 กิโลเฮิรตซ์ กำลังปรากฎด้านเข้าอาจมีค่าสูงถึง 14 kVA ทั้งนี้ขึ้นกับลักษณะชิ้นงานที่เป็นโหลด เมื่อทดลองให้ความร้อนแก่ชิ้นงานที่เป็นเหล็กผสมคาร์บอน 0.5% ลักษณะทรงกระบอกที่มีเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางขนาด 2 เซนติเมตร วัดกำลังปรากฎด้านเข้าได้ 13.5 kVA และประมาณค่ากำลังที่ชิ้นงานได้รับเท่ากับ 6.3 kW เครื่องให้ความร้อนแบบเหนี่ยวนำนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการชุบแข็งชิ้นงานเหล็กผสมคาร์บอน 0.5% ที่มีความแข็งก่อนชุบ 226 Hv เพื่อเพิ่มความแข็งเป็น 701 Hv หลังจากผ่านขบวนการชุบแข็งแล้ว |
| Other Abstract: | A prototype of an induction heating system was designed and constructed. The prototype comprised a rectifier, a tri-state inverter using power MOSFET, a high frequency transformer and an induction coil. The working frequency of the prototype can be varied from 125 kHz to 140 kHz. It is capable of receiving an apparent input power of 1 kVA depending on the work piece loading. When used to heat a 0.5% carbon steel bar of 2 - cm diameter, the prototype receives an apparent input power of 13.5 kVA, and the power received by the work piece is estimated to be 6.3 kW. The prototype was tested as a surface hardening equipment. In case of the 0.5% carbon steel, before hardening the hardness is 226 Hv, but after hardening the hardness is 701 Hv. |
