| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ ช่วงเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้หนีภัยจากการสู้รบและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้หนีภัยจากการสู้รบภายใต้การขึ้นทะเบียนของกระทรวงมหาดไทยและสำนักงานข้าหลวงใหญ่ผู้ลี้ภัยแห่งสหประชาชาติของพื้นที่พักพิงชั่วคราวบ้านแม่หละ อำเภอท่าสองยาง จังหวัดตาก เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้หนีภัยจากการสู้รบจำนวน 110 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตขององค์การอนามัยโลกชุดย่อ ฉบับภาษาไทย (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI) และได้ทำการแปลเป็นภาษาพม่า ซึ่งทดสอบความเที่ยงตรงและความเชื่อถือได้ โดยมีค่า Cronbach's Alpha เท่ากับ 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ t-test, One-way ANOVA และ Multiple Linear Regression Analysis ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้หนีภัยจากการสู้รบร้อยละ 87.3 มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และสำหรับคุณภาพชีวิตรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ ด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคม และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 76.4, 80.0, 68.2 และ 80.0 ตามลำดับ และปัจจัยที่มีผลกับคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวม ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่พักพิงชั่วคราวบ้านแม่หละ เพศ ภูมิลำเนา การได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ การรักษาพยาบาล ความพึงพอใจในการอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่พักพิงชั่วคราวบ้านแม่หละ สัมพันธภาพกับเพื่อนบ้าน ความเพียงพอของอาหารและความเพียงพอของเครื่องนุ่งห่ม (p<0.05) ส่วนปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมของผู้หนีภัยจากการสู้รบ ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจในการอาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่พักพิงชั่วคราวบ้านแม่หละ สัมพันธภาพกับเพื่อนบ้าน และการรักษาพยาบาล (R² = 0.505) |
| Other Abstract: | This research is cross-sectional descriptive research. The objective is to study the quality of life and factors relating of displaced persons from fighting under registration of MOI and UNHCR in Mae La temporary shelter, Thasongyang district, Tak Province. The research data collected from 110 samples. The subject of the study consisted of 110. The instrument for collecting data was the demographic questionnaire and questionnaires assessing quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF-THAI) which is translated into Burmese version with the reliability alpha coefficients of 0.88 respectively. The statistics utilized in this study were t-test, One-way ANOVA and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results were showed that the overall quality of life of displaced persons from fighting was at moderate level (87.3%). Their quality of life in physical, psychological, social relationships and environment aspects were also at moderate level (76.4%, 80.0%, 68.2% and 80.0% respectively). The One-way ANOVA test revealed that time living in Mae La temporary shelter, sex, homeland, supports from other agencies, satisfaction to live in Mae La temporary shelter, treatment, relationships with neighbors, food and clothing sufficiency (p<0.05). And the three predictive factors overall quality of life were time living in Mae La temporary shelter, satisfaction to live in Mae La temporary shelter and treatment (R² = 0.505). |
