| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาของโรงเรียนสาธิตสังกัด มหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาสาธิตสามัคคี ครั้งที่ 33 ณ โรงเรียนสาธิตมหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ใช้ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัย เชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ประชากรได้แก่โรงเรียนสาธิตที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาสาธิตสามัคคี ครั้งที่ 33 มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 18 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ 1) ผู้ควบคุมทีมกีฬา จำนวน 288 คน 2) ผู้จัดการทีมกีฬาชนิดกีฬาจำนวน 288 คน 3) ผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาชนิดกีฬาจำนวน 288 คน 4) นักกีฬาที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน จำนวน 864 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสภาพและปัญหาการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬา เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) แบ่งออกเป็นด้านเท่าๆ กัน 7 ด้าน 1) ด้านนักกีฬา 2) ด้านผู้ฝึกสอน 3) ด้านการคัดเลือกตัวนักกีฬา 4) ด้านสถานที่และอุปกรณ์การฝึกซ้อม 5) ด้านการจัดโปรแกรมการฝึกซ้อม 6) ด้านโภชนาการและสวัสดิการ 7) ด้านงบประมาณ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยการแจกแบบสอบถามไปตามโรงเรียนสาธิตต่าง ๆ ทั้ง 18 แห่งและนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ไปวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพและปัญหาการเตรียมทีมปัญหาการเตรียมทีมนักกีฬาของโรงเรียนสาธิตที่สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยของรัฐ ที่เข้าร่วมการแข่งขันกีฬาสาธิตสามัคคี ครั้งที่ 33 1) ปัญหาการเตรียมทีม ด้านนักกีฬา ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ นักกีฬาไม่มีความสามารถในการประเมินรู้จุดบกพร่องและแก้ไขตนเอง 2) ปัญหาการเตรียมทีม ด้านผู้ฝึกสอน ที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ ผู้ฝึกสอนไม่มี การสร้างแรงจูงใจให้นักกีฬามาเข้าร่วมการฝึกซ้อม 3) ปัญหาการเตรียมทีม ด้านการคัดเลือกตัวนักกีฬา ที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ การคัดเลือกตัวนักกีฬาไม่มีการตั้งจุดมุ่งหมาย 4) ปัญหาการเตรียมทีม ด้านสถานที่และอุปกรณ์การฝึกซ้อม ที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ ความไม่เพียงพอของสถานที่ที่ฝึกซ้อม ข 5) ปัญหาการเตรียมทีม ด้านการจัดโปรแกรมการฝึกซ้อม ที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ ระยะเวลาในการฝึกซ้อม 6) ปัญหาการเตรียมทีม ด้านโภชนาการและสวัสดิการ ที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ การมอบรางวัลให้แก่นักกีฬาผู้ทำคุณประโยชน์ทางด้านกีฬา 7) ปัญหาการเตรียมทีม ด้านงบประมาณ ที่สำคัญที่สุด คือ งบประมาณสนับสนุนจากต้นสังกัด |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research was to study the conditions and problems in preparing sports teams of demonstration schools attached to universities participants in the 33rd Satit Samakkee Games at Ramkhamhaeng University Demonstration Schools. This is a survey Research. The populations were 18 schools participants who joined this tournament. The samplings were divided in 4 groups such as 288 heads of sports teams, 288 teams managers, 288 coaches, and 864 students/competitors. The questionnaires were made by the researchers to survey the conditions and problems in sports teams preparation with Rating Scales in 7 areas such as ; 1) Students/Competitors 2) Coaches 3) Students /Competitors Selection 4) Places and Sports Materials for Training 5) Planning Programme of Training 6) Nutritions and Welfares 7) Budgets. This researchers distributed the questionnaires to the 18 target schools participants and the results of survey were as follow : 1) Students/Competitors The most important problem is the students/competitors did not know how to evaluate and improve themselves 2) Coaches The most important problem is the coaches did not inspire the students / competitors training. ค 3) Students /Competitors Selection The most important problem is the selection were running without goals. 4) Places and Sports Materials for Training The most important problem is the places and sports materials for training were not enough. 5) Planning Programme of Training The most important problem is the timings of training were not suitable. 6) Nutritions and Welfares The most important problem is the students/competitors who worked for schools but did not receive the incentive presents. 7) Budgets. The most important problem is the budget of schools authorized were limited. |
