| Abstract: | งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการสอนทักษะปฏิบัติในงานตัดเย็บของ ใช้ในบ้านด้วยกิจกรรม เรื่อง หมอนแฟนซี สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนสาธิต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม ที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและเจตคติต่อการเรียนในวิชางานตัด เย็บของใช้ในบ้าน วิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง (experimental research) แบบ Pretest – Posttest Control Group Design ตัวอย่างวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนสาธิตจุฬาลงกรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัย ฝ่ายประถม ปีการศึกษา 2556 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชางานตัดเย็บของใช้ในบ้าน จำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับเจตคติต่อการเรียนในวิชางานตัดเย็บ ของใช้ในบ้านด้วยกิจกรรมหมอนแฟนซี แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน แบบประเมินทักษะการ ปฏิบัติงาน แบบสังเกตและแบบบันทึกพฤติกรรมผู้เรียนเป็นรายบุคคล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์ ค่าทีแบบ ไม่เป็น อิสระต่อกัน (dependent t-test) และวิเคราะห์ค่าทีแบบ เป็นอิสระต่อกัน (independent t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หลังจากการทดลอง นักเรียนกลุ่มที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้รูปแบบการสอน ทักษะปฏิบัติในงานตัดเย็บของใช้ในบ้านด้วยกิจกรรม เรื่อง หมอนแฟนซี จะมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและ เจตคติต่อการเรียนในวิชางานตัดเย็บของใช้ในบ้านสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) หลังจากการทดลอง นักเรียนกลุ่มที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้รูปแบบการสอน ทักษะปฏิบัติในงานตัดเย็บของใช้ในบ้านด้วยกิจกรรม เรื่อง หมอนแฟนซี จะมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและ เจตคติต่อการเรียนในวิชางานตัดเย็บของใช้ในบ้าน(ด้านการเห็นคุณค่าต่อการทางานตัดเย็บของใช้ในบ้าน) สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | This research aimed to investigate the effect of using the performance skill teaching model with fancy pillow activity on the learning achievements and attitude in studying sewing work skill practices for the senior students’ level of Chulalongkorn University Elementary Demonstration School. The study had applied the pretest-posttest control group design. The group sample was the 5th level students having the quantity of 60 who were studying on the sewing work skill practices, year of 2013. The methods for data collection and evaluation were (1) the questionnaire concerning the attitude on sewing work skill practices with the fancy pillow activity, (2) the test for learning achievement, (3) the evaluation for work practice skill, and (4) the observation and record for the individual learner’s behavior. The data were analyzed using dependent t-test and independent t-test. The sample students after learning with the performance skill teaching model with fancy pillow activity were found that (1) the learning achievement and the attitude on sewing work skill practices were post-test higher than pre-test, and (2) the students could remarkably appreciate in the value of household sewing work with the statistical significant of .05. |
