| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้ศึกษาบทบาท ปัญหาอุปสรรค สาเหตุของปัญหา และเสนอแนะแนวทางในการอนุรักษ์และพัฒนานาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้าน ของอาจารย์ภาควิชานาฏศิลป์ วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลป ประชากรได้แก่ อาจารย์ภาควิชานาฏศิลป์ วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปะ 9 แห่ง จำนวน 132 คน เก็บข้อมูลได้ร้อยละ 90.2 และวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ความถี่และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. อาจารย์ภาควิชานาฏศิลป์ วิทยาลัยนาฏศิลปะ มีบทบาทในการอนุรักษ์นาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านร้อยละ 97.5 อาจารย์มีบทบาทในการอนุรักษ์นาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านโดยกิจกรรมตามลำดับดังนี้ เผยแพร่ การแสดง (ร้อยละ 97.4) การสอน (ร้อยละ 81.0) การศึกษาค้นคว้าจากแหล่งข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ (ร้อยละ 77.6) การศึกษาค้นคว้าจากแหล่งข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ (ร้อยละ 48.3) การเผยแพร่ผ่านผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมวิชาการ (ร้อยละ 28.4) การเผยแพร่ผ่านงานเขียนและผ่านสื่ออื่นๆ (ร้อยละ 4.3) และไม่มีอาจารย์ที่มีบทบาทด้านการทำงานวิจัย เพราะไม่มีความรู้ด้านนี้ ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดด้านการเผยแพร่การแสดง การเผยแพร่ผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมทางวิชาการ การเผยแพร่ผ่านงานเขียนและสื่ออื่นๆ และการศึกษาค้นคว้าจากแหล่งข้อมูลปฐมภูมิคือ ปัญหางงบประมาณ ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดในการสอนคือ ปัญหาจากตัวผู้เรียน ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดในการศึกษาค้นคว้าจากแหล่งข้อมูลทุติยภูมิคือ ขาดแหล่งข้อมูลประเภทเอกสาร 2. อาจารย์ที่มีบทบาทในการพัฒนานาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านร้อยละ 20.2 ปัญหาที่พบมากที่สุดคืองบประมาณและเวลา 3. ในการอนุรักษ์นาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้าน วิทยาลัยและอาจารย์ควรค้นคว้า รวบรวม และจัดเก็บข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบก่อนที่จะสูญหายไป 4. ในการพัฒนานาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้าน วิทยาลัยและอาจารย์ควรศึกษาอย่างลึกซึ้งก่อนที่จะทำการพัฒนาในสิ่งที่เป็นไปได้มากที่สุด โดยให้กระทบกระเทือนต่อรูปแบบดั้งเดิมของนาฏศิลป์พื้นบ้านน้อยที่สุด |
| Other Abstract: | This research studied roles, problems, obstacles, causes of the problems and recommended approaches in preserving folkdances by the Dance Faculties, Dramatic Arts Colleges. Population used were 132 faculty members from the dance faculties in 9 Dramatic Arts Colleges. Ninety-two percent of the population provided the data. Analyzed in frequencies and percentages. Results: 1. Nine-five percent of the faculty members indicated some roles in preserving folkdances. Preserving activities ascertained were performances. (97.4%); transmission, (81.0%); study from secondary sources, (77.5%); study from primary sources, (48.3%) and dissemination through academic activities, (28.4%) and dissemination through written works and other media, (4.3%). None indicated roles in research due to the lack of appropriate knowledge. Highest level of problems found in dissemination through performance, academic activities, written works and other media and searching from primary sources were budgeting; highest level of problems found in transmission of folkdances and secarching from secondary sources were learners’ problems and insufficient documents. 2. Twenty-point-two percent of the faculty members indicated some roles in developing folkdances. Most frequently found problems were budget and time. 3. In preservation of folkdances, faculties and colleges should search collect and organize folkdances systematically before extinction. 4. In development of folkdances, faculties and colleges should scrutinize folkdances before further development in possible elements which having the least impact on their originalities. |
