| dc.description.abstract | Ancistrotectorine เป็นอัลคาลอยด์ในกลุ่มของ naphthalene-isoquinoline ชนิดใหม่ที่สกัดได้จากใบของต้นไม้ยาไทย ชื่อ "ค้อนหมาแดง" [Ancistrocladus tectorius (Lour.) Merr.)] โดยรองศาสตราจารย์ นิจศิริ เรืองรังษี และคณะ ในภาควิชาเภสัชเวท คณะเภสัชศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย สารนี้เป็น 7, 3'-linked naphthalene-isoquinoline ชนิดที่ 2 ที่เคยพบในธรรมชาติ จากผลการทดลอง ancistrotectorine สามารถลดการหดเกร็งของลำไส้เล็กของกระต่ายและหนูตะเภาที่แยกออกจากสัตว์ทดลองทั้งที่เกิดขึ้นเองและที่เกิดจากการกระตุ้นด้วย acetylcholine, histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, barium chloride, potassium chloride และ calcium chloride Ancistrotectorine สามารถลดการหดเกร็งของมดลูกหนูขาวและหนูตะเภาที่แยกออกจาสัตว์ทดลองทั้งที่เกิดขึ้นเองและที่เกิดจากการกระตุ้นด้วย oxytocin และ 5-hydroxytryptamine นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถลดการหดเกร็งของลำไส้ในกระต่ายสลบที่เกิดจากการกระตุ้นด้วย carbachol และสามารถลดการเคลื่อนที่ของผงถ่านในลำไส้ของหนูถีบจักร การลดการหดเกร็งกล้ามเนื้อเรียบของ ancistrotectorine ไม่มีความจำเพาะเจาะจงและมีลักษณะเป็น dose dependent จากผลการทดสอบฤทธิ์เบื้องต้นของสาร ancistrotectorine ดังกล่าว อาจสรุปได้ว่า ancistrotectorine ควรจะออกฤทธิ์โดยตรงต่อขบวนการหดเกร็งของกล้ามเนื้อเรียบของลำไส้เล็กและกล้ามเนื้อมดลูก | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | Ancistrotectorine is a new member of the naphthalene-isoquinoline series of alkaloids isolated from the leaves of the Thai medicinal plant Ancistrocladus tectorius (Lour.) Merr. by Associate Professor Nijsiri Ruangrungsi and co-worker at the Department of Pharmacognosy, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chulalongkorn University. Ancistrotectorine is the second member of the 7, 3'-linked naphthalene-isoquinoline alkaloid group to be isolated. Ancistrotectorine has antispasmodic activity on rabbits' isolated small intestine and guinea-pigs' isolated ileum. This compound reduces not only the spontaneous contraction but also the contraction induced by acetyl-choline, histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, barium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium chloride. Ancistrotectorine reduces the spontaneous contraction and also the contraction induced by oxytocin and 5-hydroxytryptamine of rats' and guinea-pigs ' uterus. Ancistrotectorine also reduces the contraction of small intestine induced by carbachol in anesthetized rabbits. Ancistrotectorine reduces the movement of charcoal in small intestine of the normal mice. These results suggest that the antispasmodic effect of ancistrotectorine may involve direct action upon the process of smooth muscle contraction in the small intestine and uterus. | en_US |
