dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีจุดประสงค์ในการหาปัจจัยและทางเลือกในการพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการบริหารงานขนส่งสินค้าและงานบัญชีสำหรับบริษัทกรณีศึกษา เพื่อที่จะช่วยลดอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบันจากการใช้งานระบบบริหารงานขนส่งและบัญชี โดยงานวิจัยฉบับนี้ได้มีการนำเครื่องมือการวิเคราะห์เชิงลำดับชั้น มาช่วยในการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทั้งหมด 7 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ การไม่รองรับการคำนวณค่าตั้งต้นราคาขนส่งในระบบ การตอบสนองการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ ความไม่สะดวกในการนำรายงานมาประยุกต์ใช้ตรวจสอบข้อมูลขนส่ง การไม่มีเก็บประวัติการสร้างหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงของธุรกรรม การไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลการขนส่งกรณีที่ทำการระบุข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง การไม่สามารถตรวจสอบข้อมูลธุรกรรมขนส่งและค่าขนส่งได้แบบอัตโนมัติ และการนำเข้าข้อมูลธุรกรรมจำนวนมากใช้เวลานาน ทั้งนี้ทางเลือกที่นำมาใช้ในงานวิจัยคือ การพัฒนาระบบบางส่วนที่เป็นอุปสรรค และ การพัฒนาระบบทั้งระบบใหม่ โดยหน่วยงานไอทีของบริษัท โดยงานวิจัยนี้เริ่มจากการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ ปัจจัย ทางเลือก และนำมาสร้างเป็นแผนภูมิเชิงลำดับชั้น ต่อมาจึงออกแบบแบบสอบถามเปรียบเทียบคู่ปัจจัย สำหรับให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นเชิงวิเคราะห์และเปรียบเทียบ เพื่อหาปัจจัยและทางเลือกที่มีค่าความสำคัญมากที่สุด และจากการทำตามกระบวนการวิเคราะห์เชิงลำดับชั้น รวมถึงการหาค่าความสอดคล้องแล้ว พบว่าปัจจัยด้านการตอบสนองการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ และทางเลือกด้านการพัฒนาระบบทั้งระบบใหม่ โดยหน่วยงานไอทีของบริษัท เป็นปัจจัยและทางเลือกในการแก้ไขปัญหา ที่คาดว่าเหมาะสมและจะมีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการดำเนินการในปัจจุบันของบริษัทกรณีศึกษาได้ดีที่สุด	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	Objective of this research is to find appropriate factors and alternatives that can be solve the problem happened while using a case study company's transportation management system and accounting system. In this research, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is applied for analyse 7 factors as following: factors of unsupported the calculation of vary transportation’s cost, factors of uncovered company’s business process, factors of uncomfortable in using reports for recheck the transportation’ information, factors of lack of log while transaction’ information changes, factors of unchangeable transaction’s data input, factor of system cannot automatically check transaction and its cost and factors of take a long time for import transactions data. In addition, researcher has conferred with specialists for seeking feasibility alternatives. And result of alternatives turned to alternative of partial improve the system by its it department and alternative of improve whole system by its IT department. Firstly, AHP chart is created by define objective, factors and alternatives while questionnaires are hand out to specialist. After specialist is done the questionnaire, researcher analyse their answers shown as following: as for 7 factors, the most important factor is a factors of uncovered company’s business process. And the most important alternative is improving the whole system by its IT department.	en_US
