| Abstract: | จากการสำรวจความหลากหลายของแหล่งอาศัยและการกระจายของค้างคาวคุณกิตติในพื้นที่โครงการอนุรักษ์พันธุกรรมพืชอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม 2553 ถึง เดือนสิงหาคม 2554 พบค้างคาวคุณกิตติอาศัยอยู่ในถ้ำหินปูนอย่างน้อย 7 แห่ง ซึ่งถ้ำอย่างน้อย 3 แห่ง เป็นแหล่งอาศัยและเลี้ยงดูลูกที่สำคัญของค้างคาวคุณกิตติ โดยพบค้างคาวคุณกิตติที่ตั้งท้องและเลี้ยงดูลูกอ่อนในช่วงเดือนเมษายนถึงเดือนมิถุนายน การรบกวนการดำรงชีวิตของค้างคาวคุณกิตติที่อาศัยอยู่ในถ้ำในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว อาจส่งผลกระทบที่รุนแรงต่อการอยู่รอดของค้างคาวคุณกิตติได้ |
| Other Abstract: | Habitat diversity and distribution of Kitti’s hog-nosed bat were surveyed in the area of Plant Genetic Conservation Project under the Royal Initiative of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, Kanchanaburi Province between December 2010 and August 2011. In the study area, Kitti’s hog-nosed bats were observed in at least 7 limestone caves. Among those, maternity colonies of Kitti’s hog-nosed bats established in at least 3 caves. Pregnant females were catch in April and lactating females were found in June. During those times, disturbance in cave would cause a severe effect to the survivorship of Kitti’s hog-nosed bats. |
