| Abstract: | ได้ทำการศึกษาดูการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างแชมพูยา 2 ชนิด คือ 2 % กีโตโคนาโซล และ 2 % ซิงค์ไพริไธออน ในผู้ป่วยรังแค 112 ราย ใช้ระยะเวลาการรักษา 4 สัปดาห์ โดยเปรียบเทียบในแง่การหายของรังแคและอาการคัน พบว่าหลังการใช้ยาครบ 4 สัปดาห์ ผู้ที่ใช้ 2 % กีโตโคนาโซล มีอัตราการลดลงของรังแคดีมาก 69.7 % , ดี 30.3 % และอาการคันลดลง 92.7 % ผู้ที่ใช้ 2 % ซิงค์ไพริไธออนมีอัตราการลดลงของรังแคดีมากมาก 1.8 % , ดีมาก 67.9 % , ดี 28.5 % และอัตราคันลดลง 94.2 % พบว่าผลในการรักษาด้วยแชมพูยาทั้ง 2 ชนิดไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ |
| Other Abstract: | The efficacy of 2% ketoconazole shampoo and 2% zinc pyrithione shampoo were compared in the treatment of dandruff. The results at 4 weeks show that ketoconazole shampoo reduced the severity of dandruff very good 69.7%, good 30.3% whereas Zinc Pyrithione shampoo reduced excellent 1.8%, very good 67.9% and good 28.5% the pruritus was suppressed 92.67% and 94.2% in ketoconazole and Zinc pyrithione groups, respectively. The results of these study show that there is no statistically significant difference in the efficacy between both shampoo. |
