| dc.description.abstract | จากผลการสำรวจตัวอย่างในพื้นที่ป่าอนุรักษ์และสถานีวิจัยจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย อ. เวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน และ บริเวณพื้นที่โครงการพัฒนาที่ดินจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย-สระบุรี อ. แก่งคอย จังหวัด สระบุรี พบกิ้งกือทั้งหมด 5 อันดับ 10 สปีชีส์ ถือว่ามีความหลากหลายในระดับอันดับของกิ้งกือค่อนข้างมาก จากการสำรวจยังพบอีกว่าในจำนวนกิ้งกือทั้งหมดที่พบนี้เป็นชนิดพันธุ์จำเพาะถิ่น 2 สปีชีส์ และมีอีก 2 สปีชีส์ เป็นกิ้งกือที่กระจายในเขตเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พบได้ทั่วไปทั้งบริเวณแผ่นดินใหญ่และพื้นที่ที่เป็นเกาะ การศึกษาดีเอ็นเอบาร์โค้ดพบว่ามีค่าความแตกต่างทางพันธุกรรมของยีน COI ระหว่างสปีชีส์ของกิ้งกือที่พบบน ในพื้นที่ป่าอนุรักษ์และสถานีวิจัยจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย อ. เวียงสา จังหวัดน่าน และ บริเวณพื้นที่โครงการ พัฒนาที่ดินจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย-สระบุรี อ. แก่งคอย จังหวัดสระบุรีเฉลี่ยถึง 23.8 เปอร์เซนต์ และ ระหว่างประชากรสปีชีส์เดียวกันที่อาศัยอยู่ในแต่ละพื่นที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ 3.6 เปอร์เซนต์ | en_US |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The result of Millipedes in the area of Center of Learning Network for the Region (CLNR), Chulalongkorn University (Nan province and Saraburi province) expedition, we found 5 orders and 10 species of millipedes. It shows that these two areas have a great number of millipede order diversities. Among 10 species discovered, 2 species are endemic organisms and others 2 species are wide spread in south-east Asian countries both on the mainland and also the islands. The DNA barcoding results from COI gene showed 23.8% genetic divergent among species from the different orders and 3.6% intraspecific genetic differentiation in each area. | en_US |
