| Abstract: | ทำการศึกษาพัฒนาการตัวอ่อน และการเติบโตของทากเปลือย Jorunna funebris Kelaart, 1858 ในโรงเพาะฟัก บนเกาะแสมสาร อำเภอสัตหีบ จังหวัดชลบุรี ในการศึกษาพัฒนาการของไข่ ภายใต้กล้องจุลทรรศน์จากพ่อแม่พันธุ์ที่มีความยาวประมาณ 9.0-11.0 เซนติเมตร ในถังเลี้ยง พบว่านิวเคลียสของไข่มีการพัฒนารูปร่างเป็น veliger ภายในถุงหุ้มในวันที่ 5-6 หลังการวางไข่ และ veliger ทำการฟักตัวออกจากถุงหุ้มในวันที่ 7 นอกจากนี้ ทำการศึกษาอัตราการเติบโตของทากเปลือย โดยศึกษาเปรียบเทียบทากเปลือย J. funebris 3 ขนาด ได้แก่ ขนาดเล็ก ขนาดกลาง และขนาดใหญ่ ซึ่งพบว่าทากเปลือย J. funebris ขนาดเล็กมีอัตราการเติบโตเชิงน้ำหนักสูงสุด (8.83% ต่อวัน) ในขณะที่อัตราการเติบโตเชิงความยาวสูงสุดพบในกลุ่มขนาดกลาง (5.33% ต่อวัน) ทั้งนี้ ทากเปลือย J. funebris มีการกินอาหารทั้งในเวลากลางวันและกลางคืน |
| Other Abstract: | In this study, the development of eggs and growth of the nudibranch, Jorunna fenebris Kelaart, 1857 were investigated at the hatchery on Samae San Island, Sattahip, Chon Suri Province. The egg developmental was undertaken under the microscope. The results showed that the eggs developed into the veliger stage within 5-6 days after fertilized and hatched in the following day. For the growth rate experiment, the results showed that the small size class had the highest body weight gained (8.83% per day), while the medium size class had the highest body length gained (3.55% per day). In addition, J. funebris could feed both during the day and night. |
