| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ 1)เพื่อวิเคราะห์และจัดระบบการจำแนกสาขาวิชาด้านครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย 2)เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลผู้เชี่ยวชาญตามระบบการจำแนกสาขาวิชาด้านครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย และ 3)เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศคลังสมองด้านครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย ประชากร คือ คณบดีของคณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ และคณาจารย์ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาทั้งของรัฐและเอกชนทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 71 แห่ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสำรวจข้อมูลคณาจารย์ แบบสำรวจความเชี่ยวชาญของบุคลากร และระบบสารสนเทศคลังสมองด้านครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1.ผลการวิเคราะห์และจัดระบบการจำแนกสาขาวิชาด้านครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย สาขาวิชา/โปรแกรมของคณะครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์แห่งประเทศไทย ระดับประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต ประกอบด้วย 14 สาขาวิชา ระดับปริญญาบัณฑิต ประกอบด้วย 64 สาขาวิชา ระดับมหาบัณฑิต ประกอบด้วย 71 สาขาวิชา ระดับดุษฏีบัณฑิต ประกอบด้วย 25 สาขาวิชา 2.ผลการรวบรวมข้อมูลผู้เชี่ยวชาญตามระบบการจำแนกสาขาวิชาด้านครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย อาจารย์ประจำมีสถานภาพเป็นข้าราชการมากที่สุด จำนวน 764 คน รองลงมาคือ พนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย ลูกจ้าง และพนักงานข้าราชการ จำนวน 237, 95 และ 29 คน ตามลำดับ ส่วนอาจารย์พิเศษมีจำนวน 98 คน เมื่อพิจารณาคุณวุฒิทางการศึกษา พบว่า สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับมหาบัณฑิตมากที่สุด จำนวน 1,905 คน รองลงมาคือ สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับดุษฏีบัณฑิต และระดับปริญญาบัณฑิต จำนวน 879 คน และ 342 คน ตามลำดับ เมื่อพิจารณาตำแหน่งทางวิชาการ พบว่า ดำรงตำแหน่งอาจารย์มากที่สุด จำนวน 1,361 คน รองลงมาคือ ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ รองศาสตราจารย์ และศาสตราจารย์ จำนวน 796, 387 และ 11 คน ตามลำดับ 3.ผลการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศคลังสมองด้านครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ในประเทศไทย ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาระบบที่เว็บไซต์ http://portal.edu.chula.ac.th/pub/edu_expert ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความเชี่ยวชาญทางครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ และผลงานวิชาการ |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this study were: 1)to analyze and classify Education's Intellectuals Information System in Thailand; 2)to gather experts of Education's Intellectuals Information System in Thailand; 3)to develop Education's Intellectuals Information System in Thailand. Population and Deans of the Faculty of Education in higher education institutions both public and private universities totally 71 universities. Tools are survey of faculty member, survey of staff expertise, and Education's Intellectuals Information System in Thailand. The findings were as follows: 1.An analysis and classification of Education's Intellectuals Information System in Thailand were consisted of Diploma degrees 14 disciplines, Bachelor degree 64 disciplines, Master degree 71 disciplines and Ph.D. program 25 disciplines. 2.The gathering experts of Education's Intellectuals Information System in Thailand were consisted of lecturer status as civil servants, most 764 people, followed by university staff employees and staff officers number 237, 95 and 29 respectively. Faculty members have 98 people on the education found that graduate-level degree. Samples complete Master Degree, Ph.D. Degree and Bachelor Degree were 1,905, 873 and 342 respectively. The position of Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate professor, and Professor was 1,361, 796, 387 and 11 respectively. 3.The development of Education's Intellectuals Information System in Thailand was website: http://portal.edu.chula.ac.th/pub/edu_expert and consisted of personal information, expertise, and academic performance. |
