| Abstract: | จุดมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยนี้ เพื่อจะนำเทคนิคของวิศวกรรมคุณค่าไปใช้กับอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต เพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิตโดยไม่ลดคุณภาพ ผลของการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สำหรับอุตสาหกรรมเกี่ยวกับวัสดุหีบห่อตู้เย็นสามารถลดต้นทุนได้ 20.73% คิดเป็นมูลค่าประมาณ 7 ล้านบาท/ปี 2. เกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมฟอกย้อม สามารถลดต้นทุนได้คิดเป็นมูลค่าประมาณ 2.0 ล้านบาท/ปี 3. ใบระบบลำเลียงขนส่ง สามารถประหยัดเงินได้ 460,000 บาท/ปี ผลการศึกษานี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อโรงงานต่างๆ และเป็ฯตัวอย่างในการนำเทคนิควิศวกรรมคุณค่าไปใช้เพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิต |
| Other Abstract: | The purpose of this research project is to apply the technique of value engineering to the manufacturing industry, in order to reduce production cost and without reducing the product quality. It is found the study that 1. For the refrigeration packaging industry 20.73% cost reduction is possible amounting to a saving of 3 million baths per annum. 2.For the textile bleaching and dyeing industry a saving of 2.0 million baths per annum is acheived. 3.For the material handling system a saving of 460,000 bahts per annum is achieved. The result of this study will be of use to all factories and is good example for and application of the value engineering technique on reducing the cost of production. |
