| Abstract: | ลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงตอนบนประกอบด้วย ได้แก่ ยูนนาน (จีนตอนใต้) เมียนม่าร์ ลาว และประเทศไทย ประเทศทั้งสี่ได้มีการรวมกลุ่มกันเพี่อการพัฒนาทั้งทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจ การค้าและการขนส่งนับเป็นประเด็นที่ทุกประเทศต่างให้ความสนใจ ฐานข้อมูลจึงเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการวางแผนและการตัดสินใจ ฐานข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไปของเมืองชายแดน และเมืองซึ่งเชื่อมต่อเส้นทางหลัก 2) โครงข่ายถนนและแม่น้ำซึ่งเชื่อมต่อประเทศทั้งในลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงตอนบน 3) ข้อมูลการค้าการขนส่งชายแดน ซึ่งทั้งหมดจัดเก็บในรูปของฐานข้อมูลสารสนเทศปริภูมิ โดยใช้โปรแกรม Google Earth ในการแสดงข้อมูลสารสนเทศ ฐานข้อมูลที่จัดทำขึ้นสามารถใช้เรียกดูข้อมูล จัดทำแผนที่ และเป็นเครื่องช่วยสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในการวิเคราะห์สภาพการค้าและเส้นทางการขนส่ง นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นฐานในการจัดทำฐานข้อมูลการค้าการขนส่งของอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขงต่อไปในอนาคต |
| Other Abstract: | The Upper Mekong consists of four riparian countries namely Yunnan (South China), Myanmar, Laos and Thailand. It is a promising area for integrated social and economic development. Trade and transport is the central to this international consideration. Thus, database is required as an important tool for decision – making process. The applied research comprises 1) the development of a spatial database of general information of the border cities and the cities which are the nodes of transport 2) the development of a spatial database of the road and inland water transport network that links the riparian countries 3) the development of a spatial database of cross border trade and transport. The Google Earth programme is applied for the display of the database on the computer screen. The resulted databases can be widely used in data – visualsation, mapping, planning and analysis of trade and transportation. Moreover, the database will serve as fundamental for further development in the terms of expanding the database extent to cover the Greater Mekong Sub – region. |
