| Abstract: | รายงานการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ข้อ คือ (1) เพื่อสำรวจประเด็นที่สำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคนยุคใหม่ (2) เพื่อเสนอแบบจำลองการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่จำเป็นสำหรับกลุ่มนักเรียน และ (3) เพื่อการตรวจสอบจำลองดังกล่าว การดำเนินงานวิจัยเพื่อให้บรรลุยังวัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 1 ทำโดยการสังเคราะห์บทความและรายงานทางวิชากร สรุปประเด็นที่สำคัญ 5 ประเด็น คือ (1) สุขภาพอนามัย (2) การเป็นคนดี (3) กรคิดเป็นระบบ (4) การสื่อสารรู้เรื่อง (5) การตรงต่อเวลา จากประเด็นดังกล่าวได้นำมาสร้างเป็นแบบสอบถาม ส่งให้ผู้บริหารกรศึกษา ครู และนักศึกษาครู จำนวน 850 คน เพื่อให้ความคิดเห็นในประเด็นดังกล่าว ได้แบบสอบถามคืน 537 ฉบับ สรุปผลการสำรวจได้ว่า ผู้ให้ข้อมูลส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นสอดคล้องกับประเด็นทั้ง 5 และมีประเด็นเพิ่มเติมคือ ความสามารถด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ และภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 2 คือ การสร้างแบบจำลอง เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่จำเป็น 5 ประการนั้น ได้ร่างตามทฤษฎีกระบวนการประมวลสารสนเทศทางปัญญา และได้ทดลองกับนักเรียน ป.6, ม.3, ม.6 ที่กรุงเทพฯ และจังหวัดเลย รวม 60 คน รวม 18 ชั่วโมง สำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ข้อ 3 ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาครูและนักเรียน ป.6, ม.3, ม.6 ในโรงเรียนที่ไปทดลองแบบจำลอง สรุปผลได้คือ ผู้บริหารและครูเห็นด้วยกับแบบจำลองดังกล่าวว่ามีขั้นตอนครบถ้วย มีความเหมาะสมระหว่างเนื้อหากับเวลา และวิธีฝึกมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่วนผลการฝึกกับนักเรียนสรุปได้ว่า (1) ได้รับความรู้เกี่ยวกับลักษณะคนดี การรักษาสุขภาพอนามัย (2) ได้พัฒนาด้านการสื่อสารรู้เรื่อง การคิดเป็นระบบ (3) เป็นคนตรงเวลามากขึ้น และ (4) ให้ความสำคัญกับการรักษาทรัพย์สมบัติสาธารณะมากขึ้น |
| Other Abstract: | This research project aimed to (1) survey subject matters needed for the new generations, (2) to formulate the learning process development model, and (3) to verify the model. In order to achieve the first objective, subject matters needed for the new generations were extracted from research papers and seminar results. There were concluded as (1) health care, (2) being good person, (3) systematic thinking, (4) communication, and (5) punctuality. These items were confirmed by 537 out of 850 samples of educational administrators, teachers and student teachers by mailed questionnaires. Additional items such as computer literacy and English language ability were suggested. In order to achieve the second objective, a model of learning process based on the Cognitive Information Processing Theories was developed for 60 Prathom Suksa 6, Mathayom Suksa 3 and 6 students in Bangkok and Loei Province. The model took 18 hours to complete the learning process. The model was verified empirically by a group of target school administrators, teachers and students. Most school administrators and teacher agreed on the sequencing of learning process, suitability and effectiveness of the model. The students concluded that (1) they gained knowledge regarding type of good person, health care, (2) their communication and thinking were improved, (3) they were concerned with punctually, and (4) they cared for public objects and places. |
