| Abstract: | การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการพัฒนาเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน ปทุมราชวงศา จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ 2) ศึกษาผลของการพัฒนาเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพที่มีต่อการรับรู้ ความสามารถของตนเองและการรับรู้ความสามารถของกลุ่มครู เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบวัดการรับรู้ความสามารถของครูแบบวัดการรับรู้ความสามารถของกลุ่มครู แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารและครู และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ทำแบบวัด คือ ครู จำนวน 55 คน ผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ 38 คน วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาข้อมูลเอกสารและผลการสัมภาษณ์ และวิเคราะห์ค่าความสถิติ t-test dependent ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การพัฒนาเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนปทุมราชวงศามีลักษณะ ใกล้เคียงกับปรัชญาและระบบกิจกรรมโรงเรียนในฐานะชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ (School as Learning Community, SLC) โรงเรียนใช้การพัฒนาบทเรียน (Lesson Study) การสังเกตชั้นเรียน จับคู่ครูโมเดลและครูบัดดี้ดำเนินตามขั้นตอนการวางแผน (Plan) การสอนและสังเกตชั้นเรียน (Do) และการสะท้อนคิด (See) แต่ละวงจรของการพัฒนาบทเรียน มีการจัดประชุมระดับชั้น มีครูแกนนำ ผู้บริหาร และระบบกำกับติดตามที่เข้มแข็ง ช่วยให้โรงเรียนขับเคลื่อนได้สำเร็จและต่อเนื่อง 2) ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนการรับรู้ความสามารถของครูและของกลุ่มครูหลังการพัฒนาชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพสูงกว่าก่อนการพัฒนาโดยการอบรมในปี พ.ศ. 2561 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 (t = -14.81, df = 54) และ (t = -11.21, df = 54) ตามลำดับ ครูใช้แหล่งข้อมูลในการรับรู้ความสามารถ 4 ประการได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ความสำเร็จ การสังเกตตัวแบบ การโน้มน้าวจากบุคคลแวดล้อม และสภาวะทางอารมณ์ ในการวิเคราะห์งานสอนและสรรถนะการสอน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this survey research were to 1) study the development of Professional Learning Community in Pathumrachwongsa school, Amnat Charoen province, and 2) investigate the effects of Professional Learning Community on teacher’s sense of efficacy and collective teacher efficacy. The instruments used for data gathering were the teacher’s sense of efficacy scale, the collective teacher efficacy scale, interview questions for administrators and teachers, and documents. Participants were 55 teachers who responded to the scales and 38 interviewees. Using content analysis for analyzing qualitative data and a t-test for analyzing quantitative data. The results of the study were as follows: 1) the development of Professional Learning Community in Pathumrachwongsa school closed to philosophies and activities system of the School as Learning Community, SLC. The school developed through working on the lesson study and classroom observation by model teacher and buddy teacher with strong mentoring system. The meeting level were set after the step of Plan-Do-See 2) the means of post-test scores of the teacher’s sense of efficacy and the collective teacher efficacy were higher than their means scores of pre-test at the significant level of .001 (t = -14.81, df 54, t = -11.21, df = 54) respectively. Four sources of efficacy which are mastery experience, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, and emotional state, were used to analyze teachers’ teaching task and assess their teaching competence |
