| Abstract: | วิธี fluorescent spot test ที่เสนอในรายงานนี้ เป็นวิธีที่ใช้ตรวจภาวะพร่อง จี 6 พีดี ในห้องปฏิบัติการได้ผลดี ใกล้เคียงกับวิธีมาตรฐาน (quantitative method) มีความไวในการตรวจภาวะบกพร่อง จี 6 พีดี และภาวะ intermediate 92และ 83 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ตามลำดับ มีความจำเพาะ 98 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ข้อได้เปรียบของวิธีนี้ คือ มีความจำเพาะสูง วิธีการทดลองง่าย รวดเร็ว ราคาถูก และเชื่อถือได้ นอกจากนี้น้ำยาที่ใช้ตรวจยังเก็บไว้ได้นาน |
| Other Abstract: | The fluorescent spot test technique presented in this report is the routine screening method for determination of G6PD deficiency. This method correlates well with standard quantitative method. The clinical sensitivities for detection of G6PD deficiency and its intermediate are 92 and 83 percent, respectively, with 98 percent clinical specificity. The advantages of this method are high specificity, simple, inexpensive and reliable technique. Moreover, the reagents used in this method are quit stable. |
