dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของผู้สูงอายุในชุมนุมสูงอายุ และศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความต้องกานด้านความรับผิดชอบของครอบครัว และรัฐต่อผู้สูงอายุในชุมนุมผู้สูงอายุ ในลักษณะรวมทุกด้านและด้านสถานภาพทางสุขภาพ ด้านความสามารถทางร่างกาย ด้านสถานภาพทางสุขภาพจิต ด้านการเข้ารับบริการทางการแพทย์ ในกลุ่มเหล้านี้ คือ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส รายได้ การศึกษาตัวอย่างประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้สูงอายุในชุมนุมผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 220 คน โดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น และได้นำไปหาความตรงตามเนื้อหา และความเที่ยงมีค่าเป็น 0.82 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย การหาค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที (t – test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของผู้สูงอายุชาย และหญิงในชุมนุมผู้สูงอายุในแต่ละด้าน และรวมทุกด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกันยกเว้น ด้านความสามารถทางร่างกาย 2. ความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของผู้สูงอายุ 60 – 75 ปี และ 75 ปีขึ้นไปในชุมนุมผู้สูงอายุ ในแต่ละด้านและรวมทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของผู้สูงอายุ สถานภาพการสมรสคู่และหม้าย (รวมทั้งโสด) ในชุมนุมผู้สูงอายุในแต่ละด้าน และรวมทุกด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านการเข้ารับบริการทางการแพทย์ 4. ความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของผู้สูงอายุที่มีรายได้และไม่มีรายได้ ในชุมนุมผู้สูงอายุ ในแต่ละด้าน และรวมทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 5.ความต้องการทางด้านสุขภาพอนามัยของผู้สูงอายุที่มีการศึกษาต่ำกว่าอุดมศึกษา และอุดมศึกษาขึ้นไป ในชุมนุมผู้สูงอายุในแต่ละด้านและรวมทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกันยกเว้น ด้านการเข้ารับบริการทางการแพทย์ 6. ผลการเปรียบเทียบ ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยกับความต้องการด้านความรับผิดชอบของครอบครัว และรัฐ ในเรื่องเพศ อายุ การศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นเรื่องรายได้ และสถานภาพการสมรส	-
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study and to compare health needs of the elderly in Society for Elderly and compared the opinions concerning the needs about family and governmental responsibility for the elderly. The health needs were composed of four characteristics; health condition, physical function, mental health condition, access to medical care. The comparisons occurred in each category of the sample were sex, age, marital status, employment status and educational background. The sample for this study was 220 elderly people in Society for Elderly. The stratified random sampling method was employed in selecting the sample group. The questionnaire were developed by the researcher, and were tested for a content validity and its reliability was 0.82. The data were analyzed by using various statistical methods such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation and t – test and the major findings were as follow : 1. There was no statistically significant defference between male and female elderly on the health needs in each and total aspects. But there was statistically significant defference in each and total aspects. But there was statistically significant defference in physical function. 2. There was no statistically significant difference between 60 – 75 years and over 75 years elderly on the health needs in each and total aspects 3. There was no statistically significant difference between couples and widow elderly on the health needs in each and total aspects. But there was statistically significant difference in access to medical care. 4. There was no statistically significant difference between employment status and unemployment status elderly on the health needs in each and total aspects. 5. There was no statistically significant difference between difference level of educational elderly on the health needs in each and total aspects. But there was statistically significant difference in access to medical care. 6. There was no statistically significand difference in sex, age and education on the comparison opinions concerning the needs for family and governmental responsibility. But there was statistically significant difference in marital status and employment status.	-
