| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาตัวประกอบสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 500 คน ที่มีประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป ในโรงพยาบาลรัฐ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร 8 โรงพยาบาล ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและหาความเที่ยงโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอบบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ตัวประกอบสกัดตัวประกอบด้วยวิธีตัวประกอบหลัก หมุนแกนตัวประกอบแบบออโธโกนอลด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ตัวประกอบสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลรัฐ เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร มีทั้งหมด 6 ตัวประกอบ บรรยายด้วย 46 ตัวแปร มีค่าความแปรปรวนรวมกันคิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.35 ได้แก่ 1. ด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร เป็นตัวประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้มากที่สุด คือ ร้อยละ 20.32 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 12 ตัวแปร 2. ด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน เป็นตัวประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 13.64 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 9 ตัวแปร 3. ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพ เป็นตัวประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 12.09 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 8 ตัวแปร 4. ด้านกลไกการทำงานเป็นตัวประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 10.29 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 6 ตัวแปร 5. ด้านการสนับสนุนจากองค์การ เป็นตัวประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 9.36 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 6 ตัวแปร 6. ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เป็นตัวประกอบที่สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 7.65 มีตัวแปรที่บรรยายตัวประกอบ 5 ตัวแปร | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purpose of this study was to describe the factors of healthy work environment of professional nurses in governmental hospitals, Bangkok Metropolis. Study samples selected by using multi-stage sampling were 500 professional nurses with at least 1 year working experience from eight governmental hospitals. The research instrument was the Healthy Work Environment of Professional Nurses Questionnaire (HWEPNQ) which was tested for content validity and reliability. The Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient of HWEPNQ was .98. The data were analyzed by using Principal Components Analysis and Orthogonal Rotation with Varimax Method. The findings were as follows: The healthy work environment of professional nurses in governmental hospitals, Bangkok Metropolis consisted of 6 factors including 46 items: 1. Leadership of nursing manager described by 12 items accounted for 20.32% 2. Characteristics of working staff described by 9 items accounted for 13.64% 3. Physical environment described by 8 items accounted for 12.09% 4. Working device described by 6 items accounted for 10.29% 5. Organizational support described by 6 items accounted for 9.36% 6.
