| Abstract: | งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการคือ 1) เพื่อสังเคราะห์คุณลักษณะของวิทยานิพนธ์และบริบทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิทยานิพนธ์ทางพัฒนศึกษา ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2521-2559 และ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวโน้มการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ทางพัฒนศึกษาที่สอดคล้องและส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาประเทศ วิทยานิพนธ์ระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิตและมหาบัณฑิตที่นำมาสังเคราะห์มีจำนวน 643 เล่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การสัมภาษณ์และการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบบันทึกข้อมูลและแบบสัมภาษณ์ ผลการสังเคราะห์วิทยานิพนธ์พบว่า 1.วิทยานิพนธ์ส่วนมากเป็นวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต โดยมากมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสนับสนุน ส่งเสริม และกระตุ้นให้เกิดการพัฒนาชุมชนทั้งที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่เดียวกันหรือชุมชนที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะร่วมกัน รองลงมาคือการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์และนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาเรื่องต่าง ๆ ในระดับชุมชน ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ใช้ส่วนมากเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานที่มีหลายขั้นตอน ข้อค้นพบจากวิทยานิพนธ์คือ การได้องค์ความรู้จากการศึกษาประเด็นต่าง ๆ ในเชิงลึก การได้คู่มือหรือรูปแบบการนำนโยบายสู่การปฏิบัติ และการประเมินผลของแนวทางหรือกระบวนการพัฒนาทั้งที่เกิดจากภาครัฐภาคเอกชนและภาคประชาชนที่ผ่านมา 2.ผลการสังเคราะห์แนวโน้มการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ที่สอดคล้องและส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาประเทศพบว่า 1) ประเด็นของการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาบนฐานภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมากขึ้น 2) การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ประกอบด้วยการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้การปฏิบัติงานจริงในพื้นที่มากกว่าการเรียนแบบบรรยายในห้องเรียน และการเปิดหลักสูตรระยะสั้นหรือหลักสูตรออนไลน์ 3) วิทยานิพนธ์ต้องมีวิสัยทัศน์และพร้อมตั้งรับกับพลวัตการพัฒนาทั้งในระดับท้องถิ่น ระดับประเทศและระดับโลกมากกว่าการศึกษาการพัฒนาที่ได้ดำเนินการไปแล้ว 4) การสร้างทฤษฎีฐานรากจากการพัฒนาที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของประเทศไทย การสร้างสรรค์กระบวนการวิจัยที่หลากหลายและซับซ้อนมากขึ้น รวมถึงการสร้างบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ที่เป็นนักคิด นักวิชาการ และผู้นำเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง และ 5) การสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาทั้งด้านวิชาการ การร่วมกำหนดทิศทางประเด็นการทำวิทยานิพนธ์เพื่อก่อเกิดเป็นพลังสู่การขับเคลื่อนได้จริง การแลกเปลี่ยนอาจารย์และนิสิตนักศึกษา การจัดประชุมวิชาการและการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์เพื่อการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเพื่อให้ได้บัณฑิตที่ “มองปัญหาออก แก้ปัญหาเป็น และสร้างกระบวนการได้” |
| Other Abstract: | The objectives of this research were 1) to synthesize the attribute and context of the development education thesis between 1978 to 2016 and 2) to purpose trend of development education thesis which accord and affect to develop the country. The research of both doctoral and master degree to be synthesized were 643 thesis by documentary research, content analysis, interview and focus group discussion. The research instruments were recording and interview form. The results of research synthesis were: 1.Most of the data source were doctoral degree thesis. Mainly objectives of thesis were to study, encourage, stimulate to develop the community which in the same area and same interesting subject, followed by analyze the situation and purpose to develop the current issue. The mixed method research which complicate procedure was increasing continuously. The findings of thesis were the body of knowledge, handbook and the model of policy implementation and evaluated the past guideline or development process of government, private and public sector. 2.The purpose trends of development were; 1) the concept of thesis raise the wisdom of transformative leader and promote the local wisdom 2) trend of learning management was learning community on the genuine site-based, and promoted online courses 3) the vision of thesis that preserved the development dynamic of local, national and international level. 4) trend to initiate the grounded theory from the Thai culture, the creative of research methodology which reliability and validity that form the good characteristic of technocrat, expertise and transformative leaders and 5) the scholar cooperative would drive the academic matter by exchanged lectures and students, managed the academic conference or seminar and used the social media to be platform of learning community to coach the graduate who can identify trouble, solve the problem and create the successful development process. |
