Other Abstract:	The International System for Agricultural Science and Technology or AGRIS was established by the FAO to be an information center collecting worldwide agricultural data for the purpose of accelerating the food production as well as relieving the problems of human hunger. Its information background, and historical development are narrated. The administration and structure, services, along with the scope of data of AGRIS information system are examined. The article also covers the discussion of Kasetsart University Main Library’s documentation tasks, including Thai National AGRIS Center; International Buffalo Information Center; and Current Agricultural Research Information System.
