| Other Abstract: | The Characteristics which personnel in educational technology should possese to succeed in their career are highlighted. It is noted that educational technology personnel should be creative and have a good understanding of their work, for this field of education is concerned with new techniques, innovations, equipment, and maintenance, as well with improvements to existing equipment. The characteristics of successful personnel in educational technology are listed and classified. These characteristics are excellence in service, expertness in marketing equipment, ability to develop methods to prolong life of equipment, good public relations, and diligence in research. |
