Other Abstract:	Systems analysis has become a tool of modern management. A need exists for the application of systems analysis as a factor in library management. In a modern library, systems analysis helps management and librarians to identify problems, to analyse pertinent factors, to develop alternatives for consideration, and to implement more efficient system. Information and data acquired through its application, integrated with the experience and intuition would result in a more consistent and reliable decision-making.
