Other Abstract:	The author relates the experience and knowledge gained during her attendance in three-month library training course at the Ohio University Library in the United States. The article touches firstly on the significance of inter-library cooperation and then highlights the background of the Ohio University Library’s training program, comprising the facilitated factors, objectives of the program, classification of the attendants, structure of the program, and review and evaluation of the program. The author then describes the schedule and curriculum of her own training course distinguishing into the observation of Ohio University Library administration, the hands-on practice on computerized program packages, libraries observation, and conferences attendance.
