Other Abstract:	Given to the significance of the reference section in the library as the main section responsible for answering questions to the users, for introducing the utilization of library and resources as well as for assisting the users to consult the information needed for their research, the author thus attempts to compile all the questions put forward at the Chulalongkorn University Central Library’s reference desk by analyzing them separately according to the types of questions posed in order to present fruitful results for further efficient services and administration of the Central Library.
