Other Abstract:	This article attempt to present certain basic information necessitated for those who are responsible for producing both the educational (e.g. documentary film, academic query programs etc.) and instructional (e.g. teaching programs of open universities etc.) TV programs. The main issues considered are sound, voice, graphic, script, target audience, and presentation technique.
