| Other Abstract: | Reviews the change in attitudes on the utilization of campus libraries. Notes that resources of campus libraries have been inadequately utilized in the instructional effort of colleges and universities. The significant role of resource center in teaching and learning process in college and university is emphasized. Reports on experiences and knowledge gained from the training and observation visit to resource centers in the United States and Great Britain. Cites activities of Professional Resource Center (PRC) of Regional Educational Material Center, Michigan. Distinguishes the organizations of Center of Educational Resources (University Library and Media Services) of Michigan University into three types of services : Technical Services, Public Services, and Media Services, Media Services. Relates the activity and administration of the Center of Educational Resources to the work of Academic Resource Center of Chulalongkorn University. |
