| Other Abstract: | Virtually, the creative works or works which require the knowledge, capabilities, skills or experiences are directly related to the academic sphere, e.g. Research works of university faculty members. This article, therefore, attempts to analyze the problems of patent rights, its violation and its exemption. The study is distinguished into four major aspects, i.e. patent problems of the creative works of university faculty members, patent problems of the works of university staff who are approved to carry out for the promotion of technical knowledge, patent problems of the translated works used in the university, and problems of the exemption of patent violation within the university domain. |
