| Other Abstract: | This article is an excerpt from the author’s master thesis on the study of citation behavior of Chulalongkorn University faculty members. It begins with a brief discussion on citation behavior by citing the studies of those scholars like Ravetz, Kaplan, Garfield etc. It then follows with a survey on the citation behavior in Thailand by concentrating. On the Thai scholars, notably Chulalongkorn University faculty members. The brief research findings, including research summary research limitations, and its benefits in terms of library resources acquisition, are also provided. |
