| Other Abstract: | Given to the development of modern technology in libraries and information centers particularly in library automation, the limited source of funds they annually receive is thus rather insufficient. Foreign funding is therefore regarded as a potential source of fund. This article attempts to suggest some foreign sources of fund which offer or contribute grants on library and information services. It also discusses types of grant proposals to be submitted, i.e. for organizational development and for personnel development. Significantly, the article explicates patterns and forms for submitting foreign grant proposals. |
