Other Abstract:	Pending to the outcome of the development from the industrial society to be information dependent society, or so-called “information society”, information system becomes the essential tool for administrative decision-making—even the personnel administration has no exemption. This article designs to give a better understanding on the application of automation in the administration of personnel information system for the main benefits of administration, communications and human resources control. The presentation of this article is conducted along the following framework: (i) organization management of personnel function. (ii) tub-system of personnel information system, and (iii) personnel information system analysis and design.
