| Other Abstract: | “The Laws the librarians Ought to Know” is the title of the lecture delivered before the Second Technical Discussion of the Committee for the Co-ordination of Chulalongkorn University Libraries on March 16, 1988 at Wittayaphatthana Building. The laws which involved with librarians cover copyright, patent, and trademark of which they are singly discussed in detail, Types of work which obtain legal protection as well as methods for acquiring copyright are outlined. Finally, the article appends with ten difficulties encountered the librarians. |
