| Abstract: | ปัจจุบันมีสภาพการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงต่าง ๆ เกิดขึ้นทั้งในสังคมโลกและสังคมไทยส่งผลทำให้การประถมศึกษาจำเป็นต้องปรับปรุงเป้าหมายในการจัดการศึกษาและหลักการจัดการศึกษา งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์สภาพการณ์ปัจจุบันเพื่อกำหนดเป้าหมายการประถมศึกษาและหลักการจัดการประถมศึกษาสำหรับประเทศไทยภายหลังปี ค.ศ. 2015 (2) สังเคราะห์เป้าหมายการประถมศึกษาและหลักการจัดการประถมศึกษา (3) สำรวจความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติการสอนและการปฏิบัติการสอนตามเป้าหมายการประถมศึกษาและหลักการจัดการประถมศึกษาของครูประถมศึกษา งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมประกอบด้วยการดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ในการดำเนินการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพผู้วิจัยใช้การศึกษาวิเคราะห์เอกสารและแหล่งข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสาขาวิชาประถมศึกษาและสาขาวิชาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการประถมศึกษาจำนวน 15 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระ (thematic analysis) สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือครูประถมศึกษาจากโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานจาก 77 โรงเรียนทั่วประเทศ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา ผู้วิจัยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลวิจัยโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย (descriptive statistics) และสถิติเชิงสรุปอ้างอิง (inferential statistics) ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเป้าหมายของการประถมศึกษาสำหรับประเทศไทยภายหลังปี ค.ศ. 2015 ประกอบด้วยเป้าหมายสำคัญ 2 ด้าน คือ เป้าหมายที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาพื้นฐานทางวิชาการและเป้าหมายที่มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาพื้นฐานด้านความเป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์ สำหรับหลักการจัดการประถมศึกษาสำหรับประเทศไทยภายหลังปี ค.ศ. 2015 ประกอบด้วยหลักการสำคัญ 7 ประการ ในการศึกษาความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติการสอนและการปฏิบัติการสอนตามเป้าหมายของการประถมศึกษาและหลักการจัดการประถมศึกษาสำหรับประเทศไทยภายหลังปี ค.ศ. 2015 ของครูประถมศึกษา พบว่าครูส่วนใหญ่มีความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติการสอนตามเป้าหมายของการประถมศึกษาและหลักการจัดการประถมศึกษาสำหรับประเทศไทยภายหลังปี ค.ศ. 2015 อยู่ในระดับปานกลางถึงมาก และมีระดับการปฏิบัติการสอนตามเป้าหมายของการประถมศึกษาและหลักการจัดการประถมศึกษาสำหรับประเทศไทยภายหลังปี ค.ศ. 2015 อยู่ในระดับบางครั้งถึงบ่อยครั้ง เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติการสอนและการปฏิบัติการสอนตามเป้าหมายของการประถมศึกษาและหลักการจัดการประถมศึกษาสำหรับประเทศไทยภายหลังปี ค.ศ. 2015 พบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติการสอนและการปฏิบัติการสอนตามเป้าหมายของการประถมศึกษาสำหรับประเทศไทยภายหลังปี ค.ศ. 2015 และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติการสอนและการปฏิบัติกรสอนตามหลักการจัดการประถมศึกษาพบว่ามีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลางอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 |
| Other Abstract: | There have recently been changes and issues in global and Thai societies that led to a revision of some educational goals and principles in elementary education. This study aimed to (1) analyze current issues for establishing goals and principles of elementary education for Thailand in the post 2015; (2) explore the goals and the principles of elementary education for Thailand in the post 2015 and (3) to investigate Thai elementary teachers' readiness and practices according to the goals and the principles of elementary education. The research was a mixed-methods study which consisted of qualitative and quantitative designs. In the qualitative design, all 15 experts in the fields of elementary education and other related fields were the participants of this stage and the researcher used the interviews and related literatures and documents analyses to collect data. All collected data were analyzed through a thematic analysis strategy. In the quantitative design, samples were Thai elementary teachers from 77 public schools throughout the country. The teacher surveys were administered as a research instrument during this step. The researcher analyzed all quantitative data by using descriptive and inferential statistics. The research findings showed that there are about twofold of elementary education goals for Thailand post 2015, including the goals focusing on academic foundation and human-being foundation. In terms of the principles of elementary education, there are important 7 principles. The findings from the surveys demonstrated that the teachers' teaching readiness according to the goals and principles of elementary education for Thailand in the post 2015 were between medium and high and their teaching performances according to the goals and principles of elementary education for Thailand in the post 2015 were between medium and often. There is no difference among the teachers' teaching readiness and teaching performances in each group. However, there are moderate correlation between teachers' readiness and teachers' teaching performances according to the goals of elementary education for Thailand in the post 2015 and between teachers' teaching readiness and teaching performances about the principles of elementary education for Thailand in the post 2015 with statistical significant level at .05. |
