| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานวิชาการของคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 2) สังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของการบริหารงานวิชาการของคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และ 3) พัฒนายุทธศาสตร์การบริหารงานวิชาการของคณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยผู้วิจัยสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 28 คน เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 57 คน และจัดประชุมผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อรับรองยุทธศาสตร์ จำนวน 8 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจ วัตถุประสงค์ และยุทธศาสตร์ในอนาคต มีดังนี้ วิสัยทัศน์ คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จะเป็นเสาหลักของการบริหารงานวิชาการมุ่งเน้นการวิจัยพัฒนา และการดำเนินงานตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พันธกิจ การบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ในด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการจัดการเรียนการสอน การนิเทศการศึกษา การวัดและประเมินผล การบริการวิชาการแก่สังคม วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อธำรงรักษามาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู และส่งเสริมให้พัฒนาก้าวหน้าต่อไปอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง โดยมุ่งบุกเบิกแสวงหาความรู้ และความคิดใหม่ทางการศึกษา เผยแพรและถ่ายทอดความรู้ ความคิด เพื่อความก้าวหน้าทางครุศาสตร์และวิชาชีพครูและให้บริการทางวิชาการแก่ชุมชน ตลอดจนทำนุศิลปวัฒนธรรมของชาติ โดยยึดหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 1 การวิจัยและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจอพอเพียงประกอบด้วย กลยุทธ์การวางแผนและการดำเนินการ กลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 2 การจัดหลักสูตรที่สอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วย กลยุทธ์การจัดหลักสูตรที่เน้นหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กลยุทธ์การประยุกต์ใช้หลักสูตร กลยุทธ์การประเมินหลักสูตร ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 3 การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่สอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงประกอบด้วย กลยุทธ์การจัดแผนการเรียน กลยุทธ์การจัดตารางสอน กลยุทธ์การจัดอาจารย์เข้าสอน กลยุทธ์การจัดชั้นเรียน กลยุทธ์การเลือกตำราเรียน ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 4 การนิเทศการศึกษาที่สอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วย กลยุทธ์การติดตามควบคุมการเรียนการสอน กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน กลยุทธ์การสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 5 การวัดและประเมินผลที่สอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ประกอบด้วยกลยุทธ์การกำหนดระเบียบวิธีการปฏิบัติ กลยุทธ์การดำเนินการวัดและประเมินผล กลยุทธ์การประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานด้านวิชาการ ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 6 การบริหารวิชาการแก่สังคมที่สอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงประกอบด้วย กลยุทธ์การวางแผนและการดำเนิน กลยุทธ์การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 7 การบูรณาการทั้ง 6 ยุทธศาสตร์ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง |
| Other Abstract: | This descriptive research has three objectives: 1) to study the current situations of academic affairs management; 2) to synthesize elements of academic affairs management; and 3) to develop academic affairs management strategy for Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University in accordance with the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. The population and the sample group include their administrators and faculty members. The Sample were 28 administrators and faulty member collected by interview. The Sample were 57 faulty member collected by questionnaires. The sample were 8 people collected by connoisseurship. The findings were as follows: Vision of Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University will serve as a pillar for the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy-guided academic affairs management. Mission is to manage academic affairs in accordance with the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy with respects to research and development. curricula. Service. Objective is to maintain professional standards for teachers and encourage them unceasingly. It’s pioneering quest for knowledge and new ideas in education. Dissemination and transfer of knowledge, ideas for the advancement of education and the teaching profession and provide services to the community as well as to support arts and culture based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy. The findings were vision, mission, objective, strategies in the future as follows: Strategy #1: Sufficiency Economy Philosophy-Guided Research and Development composed of research and development planning and implementation strategy, research and development support and promotion strategy. Strategy #2: Sufficiency Economy Philosophy-Guided Curricula Management composed of component strategy, implementation strategy, evaluation strategy. Strategy #3: Sufficiency Economy Philosophy-Guided Instruction Management composed of instruction planning strategy, class scheduling strategy, lecturer assignment strategy, class arrangement strategy, textbook selection strategy. Strategy #4: Sufficiency Economy Philosophy-Guided Educational Supervision composed of instruction mentoring strategy, instruction improvement strategy, instruction support strategy. Strategy #5: Sufficiency Economy Philosophy-Guided Measurement and Evaluation composed of protocol establishment strategy, measurement and evaluation strategy, academic performance evaluation strategy. Strategy #6: Sufficiency Economy Philosophy-Guided Social Academic Service composed of social academic service planning and implementation strategy, social academic service support and promotion strategy. Strategy #7: Encouragement of the Application of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to the Operation. |
